Silent killers....🤐

Fornication and generator fumes.

Even if the super eagles qualify for the WC, is this the sluggish way they want to play the world's best?

Oshimen obviously wants to go the WC to update his growing profile.

Newly Weds died so quickly! What tragedy....Joy cut so short!

Nothing ever happens by accident. Be alert spiritually and physically. The days are truly evil.

Both gospel singers and pastors are Ministers of God.

As a ministers of God, our major focus shouldn't be on money but soul winning and building lives spiritually.

Though money is important to running both ministries, but money shouldn't be the major focus.

Lust and love of money has destroyed so
many genuine ministries and multiplied many fake pastors/gospel singers

Hmmm....

Sex is really deeper than what we think.

It's deeper than a blood covenant, two becoming one flesh.

As high as 90% of problems we struggle with emanate from sexual sins like fornication and adultery.

Then naira was strong like Arnold Schwarzenegger in his prime....

God bless Nigeria 🙏

Hmmm...

Such Irony that a very beautiful woman like Queen latifah chose to spend the rest of her life with another woman rather than a man and yet raise a son!

It's silly to make crooked what God made straight.

Moswrite:
According to the Heb9:27, you rightly quoted, its not needful to say RIP to the dead. I always know this, however, I say "RIP" to the dead as an act of courtesy to the bereaved. I do not believe, according to the Scripture that such gesture has any impact on the dead.
Therefore, order your steps aright today and do not wait for prayers of people after you have gone. John 3:3-5.

Most people use RIP as a courtesy or commiseration. But only very few know the origin and true meaning of RIP.

It's originally a prayer for the dead, and many don't know that.

ebubeson:
Are you a committed church worker, Pastor, Deacon e.t.c? Are you living in secret adultery, fornication, immorality? Are you committing adultery as a husband or wife, yet you lead prayers, sing, preach and do church activities?

Do you fornicate as a choir, usher, keyboardist, soloist, prayer warrior, drummer, evangelist, protocol e.t.c?

It is another beautiful Sunday to tell God you are fake and that He should show you mercy, forgive you, cleanse you, make you clean and write your name in the book of life in Jesus name. Amen.

Happy Sunday to you.

As long as we are in this sinful flesh, we will be tempted to sin.

To live above sin, you must crucify your flesh on daily basis by spending time in God's presence.

There's no secret formula to holiness. Our strength to please God comes from His presence in bible reading, prayers and worship.

Many pastors and church workers have very little with God and they struggle with sin. This flesh is sinful and needs to be crucified daily.

JuanDeDios:
Not sure I understand.

No one can fully understand the power of God. God is infinitely powerful beyond our brains 🧠

Our only duty is just believe. Faith comes from reading the Bible and praying. How often do you read your Bible?

ValarDoharis:
Once a person dies, thats it.

There is no life in the grave, dust thou hath, dust shall thou return.

There's no difference between a man dying and a rat dying. Once dead, ni difference between man and stone

Not true.

Infact, hell fire is located in the center of the 🌎 and uncountable billions of people are crying for mercy and blaspheming God daily.

Heaven is a place of unexplainable beauty and pleasure. No one who had a divine revelation of heaven wanted to come back on earth. It's so glorious beyond human imagination, so terribly too is hell. Make your choice wisely.

donmik:
'In such cases, divine judgement is suspended and the dead are given another opportunity by God to miraculously live again in fulfillment of their destinies'

Can you please, expatiate on this paragraph with scriptural support?

Thanks

Lazarus died for four days, and yet when Jesus prayed him, God rose him from the dead! (John 11) This clearly shows us how powerful God is over space and time!

Ajofiapero:
RIP is a mere wish.
Considering the fact that only God know where our souls go after death, we the living can only wish our loved ones to be at peace wherever they headed.

Or
Maybe during funerals we should start saying stuffs like may ur soul go wiaeva it deserves.

Op Does dat make you feel berra??

wishing RIP for the dead isn't bad. I only wrote this to show it's background isn't scriptural and that it isn't necessary.

JuanDeDios:
Hmm. Interesting angle.

This is interesting though.

So, on death, people typically are judged and get sent to heaven or hell. But some may get a reprieve and receive a resurrection, that is, a second chance to live and try again. Do you mean a reincarnation?

Nothing like reincarnation. Resurrection from the dead just shows how very
powerful God is over everything He created, including time.

The solemn words "Rest in peace" which are commonly used in referring to the dead originates from the latin prayer "requiescat in pace" meaning "may he or she begin to rest in peace (Amen)".

Unknowingly to many, each time we say "may his or her soul rest in peace" we are actually offering a prayer for the dead which is not biblical.

The bible never teaches that we should pray for the eternal rest of the dead as some religions do.

Once a person dies, they face judgement from God (Hebrews 9:27) and their fate is sealed eternally in heaven or hell. (Matthew 18:9)

The only prayer we can offer for the dead according to scriptures is the prayer of resurrection. (2 Kings 4:32-35, John 11:43-44, Acts 9: 40-41)

In such cases, divine judgement is suspended and the dead are given another opportunity by God to miraculously live again in fulfillment of their destinies.

We don't pray to God to forgive the sins of the dead or repose/rest their souls.

Offering prayers for the peace of the dead are rooted in heretical beliefs in 'purgatory'_a temporary place of purification until one is fit to enter God's presence.

Personally, I have always doubted the use of "rest in peace", because it's not scriptural to pray for the peace of the dead.

But to we that are alive, what's the meaning of life like Solomon pondered? (Ecclesiastes 1)

The whole essence and meaning of life is to please God; we are purposely created to please Him most especially through faith, praise and worship. (Revelation 4:11)

No matter what you are or have, life is meaningless and miserable outside pleasing God.

To live fulfilling lives on earth and to ultimately make heaven, our lives must be well pleasing to God:

📖 And lo a voice from heaven, saying, This is my beloved Son, in whom I am well pleased.
— Matthew 3:17

Judolisco:
he was popular, go and watch his movie of how his manager squandered all his money and he had to go back to boxing at d age of 45 or so

He wasn't as popular as Mohammed ali, that's what I meant.

AkpaMgbor:
Who determines if it’s timely or untimely? A new born baby dies and a 30 years old man dies. Which of them died untimely?

Everyone is born with a divine destiny.

God's favour can shield 🛡️ from a lot of evils, included prematurely death inorder to fulfill destiny.

Though not very popular like ali, foreman would be long remembered for his fight in the "rumble in the jungle"

His era had many African Americans dominating the heavy weight boxing division....until the Brits and a certain gifted Ukrainian took over.

Life is indeed a boxing ring. You get knocked down severally, but you try to get up before counted out.

Death will come to us all...

Many die untimely, only few die timely.

God's favour is the difference.

Yekini was hailed as goal king because at the ease he scored goals.

Oshimen will definitely outscore yekini in the next 3/4 years.

After sowing this evil seed, when reaping time comes, the eloping husband will start crying foul! foul! overseas.

After 100s of years, racism still exists in the USA....

Whites maltreating blacks simply because of skin pigmentation.

All I see there is Ankara, but this is a real jersey and in my opinion the most beautiful

Instead of quietly serving your six months suspension, you are still adding more wahala on top!

She looks like a rugged fighter to me.

That's why some people opt for open marriage or open adultery in some climates....

They know they can't stick faithfully to one partner and are honest not like many who secretly live in adultery.

Didn't Jesus pull crowd cos miracle in several places

Why did the crowds follow Jesus?

It was the miracles they saw!

It will be very sad if the likes of lookman and oshimen miss the world cup.

Both of them owe Nigerians a goal each tomorrow.

Miracles are a crowd puller...globally 🌏

Faith through the word of God is the miracle worker!
