On the game both Obi, Atiku and co are playing, the game will still be unveiled but let the game remain in secrecy. Even we the supporters aren't aware of the game and that's the sweetest part of this coalition. Don't show your opponents your game plan including some of your members so that when they hit hard and see the opponents reacts to their weakness and failure the supporters will rejoice loudly just like how this ADC unveiling made Nigerians feel. Both supports and opposition felt the impact, just that some were rejoicing of the shocking unveiling and some have been wailing, speculating and permutating till date with no sleep and rest.

i beleieve you meant 9 governors, excluding the 5 PDP governors that later joined. It had 14 governors going in to the 2015 election.

APGA had 1 governor from Imo, 2 ANPP (Borno and Yobe), CPC had 1 governor i believe from Nassarawa, ACN brought 5 governors( 4 from SW) 1, from Edo state. In all, about 9 governors truly launched APC.

Time flies and people forget quickly. What the ADC is trying to exploit is the obedient movement.

3. APC Was a Force, Not a Protest Movement. By 2013, even before their merger was completed, the handwriting was already on the wall: Jonathan was vulnerable. The APC tapped into the public anger against the PDP government with a formidable structure. Today’s Tinubu-led APC, despite its controversies, is gaining ground with elected opposition members crossing over daily. That was never the case with Jonathan’s PDP.

4. PDP Was Cracking Then, APC Is Solid Now. In 2013, PDP was like a glass already cracking under pressure. Remember the New PDP (nPDP)? It gave the APC tailwind. In contrast, the current APC is more united than the PDP of today, and ironically, it’s PDP that now suffers from internal bleeding.

5. ADC Was Not Formed By a Merger. What serious party has collapsed its structure into ADC? Zero. Nada. Nil. When APC was formed, it wasn’t individuals jumping ship; it was parties giving up logos, flags, manifestos, and machinery. ADC today is just a borrowed bus stop for those tired of being lonely.

Conclusion: If you're among those pushing the narrative that the ADC "coalition" is the next APC, please stop. History and structure don’t lie. One was a calculated merger of power blocs; the other is a rushed adoption by people with nowhere else to go.
