So giddyperson you are not alone! Everyone's body is different. Just because a popular theory applies for one person does not mean it it covers every one. That is why most health care advisors will say to make sure you use contraceptives even when breastfeeding because that theory is so unreliable.

Even period pain, it is not in all cases that it disappears after childbirth. In fact my own gave me respite the first 3 months than came back with a vengance so for me that theory...... absolute bull$#!+

I ebf my baby for six months too... AF for me came 2months after delivery and serious period pain was same as before pregnancy, with heavy flow. Na to accept my package oooo

Here it goes, tie a wrapper loosely around your waist, carefully put your baby on your back or ask your baby be put on your back since its a first time, HOLDING HER FIRMLY. Bend a little, loose the wrapper and tie around baby from her neck though not too tight but should be firm then use another material not as big as wrapper but as long to tie around baby's bum/waist.
Hope you av an idea, not sure I understand myself with all i wrote but hth

I want to thank every mother that responded, you guys are super. Na wa o.....I almost fainted, in fact I test the olbas oil to feel how my baby is feeling (na confusion make me do am o) and it has a terrible tests. Now I know better not to induce vomit again. We are always learning.....after all I am a good mother.

He has been playing, his poo is good and feeding normal.

Well, today is my birthday, I just had the courage to go out with him.
