Politics › Re: Soldiers Kill Ombatse Leader, Arrest Others by juman(m):
The deceased was said to have been killed when he went to demand for the release of his men that were detained by the police.
Three Ombatse militants who were on the same mission with the slain leader were said to have been apprehended by the police and detained at the State Criminal Investigation Department in Lafia.
Police lawlessness.

This kind of action reduce the populace trust in police men.

Politics › Re: Lord Lugard Created Nigeria To Last For 100 Years Only -ibb by juman(m):
If the "leaders" perform well, we suppose to be celebrating the creation of nigeria instead of talking of separation. What a country!

But failure of people like IBB and others keep nigeria on its knee instead of becoming a great and proudly nation.

Babangida also stated that mistakes of past administrations are putting pressure on the country today though he refused to identify the mistakes or the past administrations that made them.
Said he “Some of the mistakes of the past have now come to haunt us. But let me make one thing clear. Not all these mistakes were made out of callousness or bad faith or malice.
“Most people in office do their best. They act to the best of their ability
. Unless we think that our leaders have divine ability, we have to admit that even with all the best of their abilities and even with the best faith and with the best of all intentions, human beings will still make mistakes,”
They were not mistake. They were deliberate act. They build their pockets instead of building the nation.

Which leaders among them didn't/don't know that the country need infrastructure like 24/7 electricity, rail services, good airports, good rood, good hospitals, good housing facility etc.

Above all the so called leaders pass their indiscipline way of life to the masses and totally destroyed the system. An indiscipline country is a dead country. I remember "egunje dey for everywhere" during IBB time.
The "leaders" were/are not sincere and our problem is majorly one nigeria. Eight years was enough for IBB to make significant changes and development, but he failed woefully. No to one nigeria.

Politics › Re: Kwara Speaker Rejects Police Aides To Protest Removal Of Saraki’s Security by juman(m): 5:02pm On Sep 12, 2013
can saraki not afford to hire private security?
Good question.

The talk of withdrawing the police attached to "big men" was discussed during OBJ time, but it was not done. That was one of the OBJ failure.

In sensible country, any "big man" that think he needs a guard should hire private guard. That would give job to unemployed people and the police would face their job of policing the destroyed country.

The present government is also failing on that.

Politics › Re: Kwara Speaker Rejects Police Aides To Protest Removal Of Saraki’s Security by juman(m):
There are too many policemen attached to "out of duty" positions. What surprise me is that the government is paying the salaries of those policemen attached to "big men".

Seven policemen attached to one man!!!
God know how many thousands of policemen like that attach to do "menial job" and still get paid by the government.
