Is this because he isn't deserving of leaving this list due to uncleared infractions, or due to his approach to asking for the removal of his name?

If its for the first reason, I think Mr. Kreamie and the dispute team should present all unresolved cases to show why this is so.

If its for his approach, I do not believe he should be made to be on that list for that reason. Egos might be bruised and hurtful words might have been used, but this is no reason to deny him his right to be removed from that list.

Leaving him there because he said things you don't like is not the right way to do this. Its pride, and it stinks. Honestly.

Tender all his unresolved cases here and let it be clear what he is owing or what issues he needs to resolve for him to be on that list. If there isn't one, please do the needful and remove him from it.

Thanks . The glass is actually not so rare. The issue is shipping it down will take about 4 weeks. If I don't get a favourable response soon. I'll have to resort to that. I know the aftermarket glass won't be as strong as the manufacturer glass, but I'll take that over having a cracked glass.

Highly doubt you can do it here sha. That glass is rare asf.

Again, baking doesn't replace the glass with the same one used by the company. The replaced one will break later on because it's really fragile.
