andrewbaba44: Don't lump me in with others. I have my reasons for that POV. I like Aina, but he has concentration issues. I don't know what concerns Komekn Here, seen him at Torino and I wasn't. So impressed. Ebuehi made the WC list, did Aina also make it? These are things we consider to provide us with a broader perspective. |

temi1290: Ekong is not a terrible player, we've seen him had good games too even better than Balogun at times. He hasn't played this season, hence, his rustiness. He's a decent performer on his day. 1 Like |

Rohr has always been Rohr, his team set up was poor, yet, there was no tactical change from him to attempt stirring the tides in his favor. It was more like; play just the way you like insha Allah, we may get a goal. We lacked presence in the midfield. Ajayi and Onyeka are just aren't up to it, why was Azeez not invited please? Akpeyi may be a better goalie than Maduka, but Maduka gives you confidence, and that, most time is enough. One moment he impressed me was when he caught a through pass with his body outside the box but the ball still in box, reminds me of Akpeyi's howler against Argentina. He deserves to be at least our number 2 with his showing today. Ebuehi just coming back from a 2 year injury did relatively well, but simply wasn't at his best and playing against an in-form Benrahma didn't help his course that much. Zaidu was impressive too. As long as Balogun is fit, he should always be playing abeg, till he decides to call it quits. Tijani is A Star in the making, yes, I said it. Overall, our problem was from the middle, we were unable to string up to 5 passes together. What makes matters even worse is, the Algerians weren't that spectacular, but, for their tactical discipline, they did enough to suppress us, their pressing was mad too. |

komekn: Double standard? What would Rohr gain by deliberately stalling the switching process of English players? It has been explained to you why it takes longer when the English FA is concerned, then, why are you still latching onto that? How many Germans has Rohr brought to the team? Okoye, Akpoguma, anyone else? Akpoguma won't start today's game. 10 Likes 1 Share |

andrewbaba44: We don't cross the ball regular with the wingers we've got. You shouldn't be asking me this question. Must he play for eternity for us to know he isn't a good fit for us? Why then hasn't Nawekeme been recalled to the team despite his numbers in Turkey? 1 Like |

andrewbaba44: How are we expected to judge a player then. A player is invited because of his club form, he comes to the national team and our style of play don't fit him, and, hence, he flops terribly, it's whose fault then. Be sincere, did his performance at the afcon fill you up with confidence? |
