I think SAns are crying loudest tbh due to pepfar. Very few Kenyans are complaining in fact we are generally okay with it. Politicians now have to choose between selfishly living large and spending on useless luxuries or spending on the healthcare of their people. When you hear your politicians say there is no money for drugs, they are simply saying there is no money for anything else other than their own comfort.
