I meant in terms of infrastructures, Ghana can't be compared to Nigeria. Despite bad governance and corruption in the country, you can never ever compare the two. I know countries that are ahead of Nigeria, but but not Ghana or Kenya, not even any west African country or East Africa self.

Nigeria is a low income country, yes it doesn't have the right infrastructure yet. But only those who hasn't travelled round will want to even compare Kenya and Ghana to Nigeria. Forget hype, those two countries are not close to Nigeria, in terms of everything. Despite that the two countries can even boost of stable electricity self, they are yet not close.
