Starting with holding hands
Then, it gets intense
With beauty magnified
Shrouding the efforts behind

A perfect match you see
Only cause one held the other
Every step taken in Unity
Every action Shows faith

With no words said
you see "I believe you"
And hear the struggle to keep united
Actions you see "speak louder"

The beat changes
They keep pace
Understanding, nothing stays thesame
Ever fighting with no loosed hands

Fluid flows from within out
They let nothing take their smile
Eventually, the beat stops
They let go with hunger for more

WALK


I started walking long before i can remember
while working i was held sometimes carried above constraint
I walked through Teenage
With grown beard i felt i have walked into Manhood

Sometimes i get exhausted feeling the world
is revolving and rotating such that i alone could notice
Feeling like my legs could fail me.

I went on my knees with my hands on the ground
starting to crawl not because i cant walk but with fear
that not remembering how i started walking have so
much to do with the fear of falling.

Now, I would be detailed on every process
learn the basics of crawling such that when i walk
I would run without fear.

Just keep the suspense going for as long as you can, If selected we would know how to work on the length and any other thing. Just make sure you are a devoted, Efficient reliable and punctual person

Caged inside the beauty of creation as I journey through the deep of the sea, Creatures of the sea waving their fins in Salutation of my Arrival , the Sharks Whales and others unknown, slowly I journey through enjoying the calm, beauty and silence that dwells inside the sea.

Crew member : “Captain, Captain”,
Captain : “Don’t you enjoy the silence, you better not be Allergic to Calmness”.
Crew member : A triangle I see sir, standing at the middle of the sea.
Captain : What would I do to you? It’s a crime sleeping on Duty but, you were dreaming on duty.
Crew member : Sir look.
Captain : It must have fallen from the hand of a kid on a Ship. To the standing triangle, let’s see why it’s not floating.
Crew member : Maybe it’s made of steel.
Captain : Then, we see why it’s not sinking.

Slowly it grew into a Pyramid, gradually I see a tower with its depth buried beneath my view, As we went deeper the crew Marvel at the discovery of a city inside the sea. The silence gave way as everyone expresses their opinion.

Crew member : Perhaps it is created by a Big Fish

We all burst into laughter

Crew member 2 : The mermaids, yes the mermaids created it for their guest
Captain: Yes, guest like you who intend drowning in the Sea someday, it better not be today.

We all laughed again, wandering through the city in silence as we all were dumb by the Beauty of our new discovery.

Crew member 3 : Atlantis, Atlantis yes, yes, This is the lost city of Atlantis in the story of Plato.

Yes, a few who have read the book agreed, others stared at themselves in ignorance. I have never seen a beauty like that before not in any city, not even Oghara when it was led by the great Ibori who beautified it with light, We wandered, finding the source of its beauty. Then it dawned on me that there’s no man in it, no one to disturb its peace, The floor sparkling like it was made of priceless stones. I doubt if it was half beautiful as this above the Sea.
Swept by Poseidon himself, a city built by the Gods for men, only to be stolen by the Gods themselves. Why? Why couldn’t they build one for themselves that they allowed their affection push them into breaking their own laws .

The Gods are not to be questioned I know but, they owe me an Explanation.

It was yesterday
we gathered as the sunset
ate,laugh,played boys and girls
listening to elders jokes
"whose bride price wud be higher"
they laugh
yesterday, it was yesterday
we watched Aminat become a
woman
as we see the rising fear of night
in Jumai
"i wud watch you sleep" i
whispered
as she smile in releif
here the morning comes
with it came no love
as we weep for our girls
they were taken while we were
asleep
before now,we sleep like kids
but nomore,a new dawn has come
with the wind of fear
and our girls yet to be found
men,women,boys and the old
screaming

Young, smart and alert
Robinhood of my days
growing fast and swift like Arthur
vultures mocked at my dreams
hovering awaiting the young fall
time flew, fast it flew

i find myself contemplating

Anoda day is come
again the moon gave way
on his heels he ran
unlike lots wife didnt look back
far off they saw him

"wait a while"they grumble
"sun wud soon go" kids were told
a while it stands but with orders
driving off the wind of rest
with a frown of heat and sress

like the white in complexion
charismatic nd authoritative in
nature
demanding, so demanding

enslaving them all rich and poor
knees on the floor they pray
for the moon to come with love
and rest to wipe away stress
but harder they pray
to see it when it comes

finally,a sign of hope
the sun weary and dizzy
for they know the moon
it comes when the sun is asleep

oh, he is here
as the stress is gone
kids running at him
at him they scream "Oyoyo"
with him comes freedom
"our hero has come" they sing
songs of praise in all language
as he laugh and smiles
leaving them in confusion
saying "he's no better than the
sun"

in time i did all i must
thinking joy would stay long

On my bed i bleed nd scream
deep pain i felt within
wonderin wat has caused dis
answers not forthcoming
a conclusion i draw within
i must av been stabbed in my
dream.

A tale,none i could tell
within i kept my fear
the pain so much to bear
with thought of bleeding to
death
aloud i whisper in one ear
trying to share my fear

Aloud she spoke of my plight
again,they laughed as i cried
this time,i did know why
a curse they say on all my kind
this is different,i said shy
only if they knew it wasnt a lie

my treasure grew old with me
for pain a companion to me
even,a greater pain cling to
pleasure
