Kapeter:No one cares, I’m only telling fools like you to stop stoking war because it won’t benefit anyone. You notice the north is very quiet and minding their business but some foolish urchins remain adamant on causing war |
First I want to thank every one including yorubas who supported Peter Obi. Likewise, a few Igbos supported Asiwaju. However, what I don’t understand is the myriads of attacks from the yorubas targeting the igbo nation. Huasas, yorubas and igbos voted Peter obi so why raining abused on igbos. The truth is that in the whole of Nigeria no tribe is as vengeful, hateful and tribalistic like some Yorubas. We’re one people before belonging to our different tribes. Stop all this primitive behavior, it won’t help the country. While the north will always align towards their religion, they don’t go about hating and abusing people like animals. I live in the north and sincerely speaking I have not seen a people so kind and loving. As for mynd44, nah thunder go fire you for allowing the politics platform turn into a war zone. And for the record, majority of Nigerians voted Obi as their preferred candidate. That explains the reason he won Abuja and Lagos. The cabal never saw it coming, they believed the average northerner will never vote an Igbo man. As for me, they can declare bola as the winner let’s move on. Election is not war. |

socialmediaman:Please keep quiet if you have nothing to say, if the Igbo people refuse to stand up against this menace, we’ll count only losses and will never get Biafra |
xratedxG:Perhaps like me you live in Lagos, Abuja or far north, so you have no business with what’s happening at home. |
I didn’t want to talk about this because I believe the Igbo tribe isn’t foolish. However, going by the current happenings in the east, to say I’m disappointed is an understatement. I traveled to imo state, and while coming back this morning, I decided to dare the “sit at home” lords. Well, at Okigwe there was heavy shooting and the whole place was deserted. It was a jungle, everyone scampering for safety. Our driver was forced to pack until the situation calmed down and we continued our journey. I feel terrible about the whole situation, we are practically destroying the economy of the east and by extension making ourselves poorer. This is the absolute fact. IPOB had come out to cancel sit at home, yet the coward populace still listen to a fraudster in Finland. Well, if we like let’s continue destroying the economy of the east, it’s nobody’s business. On the case of Biafra, the east will destroy itself if we ever get it. There is so much disunity among us with everyone claiming one right or the other. Please a word is enough for the wise. |
tee59:Thanks for the input. I track all my expenses using the isavemoney app, but going through I realize that every penny matters. The last time I bought wears for myself was august, I noticed that all those 2k, 3k expenses were big expenses. |
ecolime:You’re very correct. I tried cutting down on my expenses but I was only able to reduce feeding by 50k and weekly outings by 30k. I wish I can reduce it further which is why I wanted to hear what others spend monthly |
wunmi590:I don’t work with politicians neither is my income big. This is why I feel very bothered. I felt it was the economy and decided to ignore but the truth is it’s not allowing me to save significant amounts. |
jesmond3945:The transportation is fueling my car and maintenance. Weekly outings happens every weekend. Rent is 1.1m and it’s not included. I didn’t add that as monthly expenses. |
vincenteger:Note that 5k is not feeding alone, it includes toiletries and other little expenses. |
vincenteger:If you don’t mind can you share a breakdown of your expenses, I really want to see ways to cut down. |
I’m a single guy with no girlfriend and I leave alone. However, I’m really worried about my monthly expenses. In fact since last year, my monthly expenses has been N430k on average, and this is making it hard to safe for bigger projects. The year has come to an end, I don’t want to continue like this next year. I need to get married. I need to buy a land and start building my own house. I need many other things…. My concern is, if I spend this now that I’m single, how much will it be when I get married. A break down of my monthly expenses; Utilities (dstv, gen, data and co): N100k Feeding (including toiletries, shaving, dry cleaning and co): N150k Weekly outings: N60k Donations (dependents): 70k Transportation: N60k I have tried to reduce this but instead it will go above the budget. So guys, if you don’t mind, how much is your monthly expenses. If you’re single, please indicate. I really want to know if I’m a wasteful spender or the economy is telling on me. Thanks. Cc RoyalBoy Cc Lalasticlala Please I need more inputs. Thanks! |
GREATIGBOMAN:Hold your position, Naira appreciated because looters have pause for now since the efcc onslaught on BDC. Looters don’t want to take their naira to the bank, they prefer buying dollars with it. That’s why naira fell sharply. Just wait as the CBN deadline for old naira notes approaches, the Naira will hit 850 or 900 again. BTW, you’re not the only one affected. I went to Zone 4 Wuse yesterday and all the BDC guys were lamenting, yet they were begging me to sell my little dollars. I simply sold $500 at $710 for my monthly upkeep. The main problem with this country is that why we pray naira appreciates, I have never seen the average trader reduce prices to reflect the gain. |
zed7:How can I lock my sim |
IceColdVeins:Thank you for your response, please can you explain how one can activate sim code because this isn’t just about my Dad but also for everyone out there to know that just by losing your phone to the wrong hands could mean losing all your money. |
