RomanceRe: I LOVE YOU! When Is It Right To Say These Words! by K08(m): 4:26pm On May 22, 2012
Love is a verb, an action word. Loving someone should come from your heart. The lips should relay what your heart is saying and not what your head wants you to say. When you love someone, you have taken into consideration the flaws and shortcomings of that individual and you are ready to manage them, or encourage him/her to be a better person. Love does not take into account the errors of the other. If you meet a lady today, you like her at first, and then love starts welling in your heart, but don't be in a rush to proclaim it to her. You love her and that's a secret to you. Watch out for signs that shows that you really love her. What are your actions? What are her own actions? Do you force someone to love you? Do you have to entice them with material possessions, before they love you? If your actions + their actions bear witness and testify that you truly love her, you can go ahead and let him/her know. revealing your well kept secret. Falling in love at first sight is very possible, but proclaiming love at first sight is nothing but foolishness. . .
Love transcends having sex. Love transcends monetary gains. Loving someone as a result of sexual satisfaction or money derived from them can be very misleading. Loving a person wholeheartedly encompasses knowing that at any point in time, that physical pleasure derived from sex or the material gain may no longer be there. An accident could occur. A loss of wealth could occur. In the case of such eventualities, and the person is bedridden physically and symbolically, would the love still be there? If you can honestly ask yourself, and answer that simple, yet thought provoking question, then you are ready to love, and ready to proclaim it.
It is just a four letter word, but it is heavier than all words in the dictionary put together. Care should be taken when using the word "love".

Never ever ever use the word "love" on anyone if you don't mean it. . . Never! Let those that have ears, hear!!!

hardbody: My responsehuh, For this album ooo

1. Soyinka appears calm and articulated
2. IBB always had this 'maradonic' 'look' and 'feel'
3. Abulsalami just appeared dull from day one
4. Chinua Achebe, typical 'okoro' man, probably thinking about money in that pic
5. Baba Awo, terribly ugly and showing off with an ugly wife
6. Zik, appears timid right from the cradle (he lived it through in his life time)
7. Enahoro, proud politician, also comes across as articulate and business minded
8. Fela (abi is that Seun) had not smoked hemp in that pic, he simply looked unserious
9. Gowon smiling like the retard he always was and currently is
10. Jakande?, i no fit talk am
11. GEJ comes across as a mischevious young man, with little brains and really looking dull.
12. Aunty Meg.....the typical efik mother, looking saintly
13. Ojukwu, comes across as a stubborn, articulate and good strategist. In that pic, he appears to be considering next steps, irrespective of what is going in in the forum he might have been, compare and contrast with the grinning and unserious Gowon.

These views are mine.
I enjoy your analysis here.

olaheavy: Even though they're offspring of the human-eating Biafrans, I honestly feel for those innocent younsters. Having said that, it's a well-known fact that the Igbo cannibals don't like us and they don't respect us for being their benefactors, and since certain Igbo nearnderthals on this forum have blamed and continued to blame us Yoruba for this horrendous act, I wonder what the Eastern shitheads are still doing in Yorubaland! Each day, nothing less than 100 full loads of luxurious buses leave the accursed Eastern caves for Lagos and other Yoruba cities and towns. Why can't the Yinminrins all sit their stinking arses back in their erosion-damaged hell holes? When it's glaring that the human flesh eaters from the East can't survive without us, but they continue to insult us daily on NL. To the Biafran Igbos and other Eastern nincompoops Lagos is a mini England! They see everything as a competition with the Yoruba: they call us names like "ofeimannu," cowards, and lazy. I asked a Igbo what "ofeimannu" means and he said "those that cook with too much oil and tomatoes." Okay, every blessed day in Lagos and several other Yoruba cities and towns we see the cannibalistic Igbos queeing up at our "bukas" and "mama puts." They can be seen munching voraciously on our amala or eba with the "oily" soup and stew! What an ignobly and pathetic hypocritical group of cannibals! We were cowards really when we thrashed your arses at Biafra, right? Maybe you didn't know that the Yoruba actually won the war - now you know. Since it seems convenient for the Igbo cannibals to respect the Hausa/Fulani who are fond of killing them everywhere in the North maybe we the Yoruba should commence the killings of the Igbos anywhere they show up in Yorubaland? I'm sure they'll respect us then!
grin
