EponObi: Illiterates with pen and smartphone are too much in Nigeria. Both educated and non-educated.
Was Ó Tó Gẹ́ created to stop him at the Senate or to topple his political empire in Kwara state? Even if he's the best Senate president as you people delude, that has nothing to do with Ó Tó Gẹ́!
You Ipob and mumudients are dangerous and too stupid. You know nada about Kwara politics but here you say shit because of Akpabio. No wonder you guys are permanently sitted at the back seat of national politics.
No matter how you want to color it, APC and Kwarans destroyed Saraki's dynasty and hold in Kwara state, spectacularly. Today, he so irrelevant to the extent that he can't win any Senate seat in Kwara nor can anyone he endorse/support win anything in Kwara. Nonetheless, as irrelevant as he is in Kwara, he is more influencial in the state politics compared to the Agulu fraud in Anambra. Facto!
Ó Tó Gẹ́ is one of the top 10 event in the political history of Nigeria. And guess what, Tinubu was one of the mastermind. This is pure baldardash rubbish! You trying to praise your god Tinubu as the masterrmind of o to ge. It was time since the senior Saraki died. Even your god's time in Lagos is numbered. Nothing lasts forever. |

The policies of the IMF are not only completely anti-people, but also inimical to the very existence of the people for whom they are prescribed.
I want to be educated, I shall be grateful if anyone would inform me about any country advised by these self-serving supranational institutions of the West that have become developed. |

Racoon: "....A situation where Nigerian leaders take advantage of a condition that is costing its economy more in terms of human capital does not augur well for our future.
The energy the government is putting in to attract more remittances could also be used to put the country in a better state that will help reduce the number of young Nigerians the country is losing on a daily basis.
Irrespective of how much Nigeria gets from diaspora remittances, it is time the government stops and improves on the issues chasing the country’s best away." Thank you so much for this. The government must do all it takes to ensure younger Nigerians can stay and contribute to the development at home rather than expecting them to reduce the cost of dollars. |

mrvitalis: One thing I have always said is if I ever decide to be governor or president Economics would be made compulsory in all schools from SS1 to university 200 level...
Volume of debt or size of debt is not an issue Ability to repay is the issue
Someone can owe 2 million and be worse than someone who owe 10 billion
In nigeria the issue we talk about is our revenue to debt servicing is too high..
We need to increase revenue, sadly the only way to do that is to borrow more but use it for what would generate revenue or ability to pay back the loan
So borrowing and using it to build road, bridge, rails, and the reat feel good projects is foolishness... Very big foolishness
And that's what APC have been doing since More important is what the debt was used for. How much of the debt procured translated into anything meaningful? That woman Minister was punished because she let out their secret on how we incure debts that go into private pockets in the name name of commission and fees. God bless her soul and generations after her. |
