The policy makes the Nigerian banks to be more responsible and responsive on the customers' actions and the use they put the accounts they open for costumers.

This is good, at least when frauds are reported the bans are liable to refund the money once it can be proved.

No matter what, harder times are here for fraudsters.

I am sure the OP is not in the education (higher: University or Poly or Monotechnic) sector. Most of the private universities are regularly checking the currency of what they teach against the needs of the industry or society.
Where is this statistics generated from? From popular opinion?
This is the thinking of the old who believed that graduates are unemployable. Though what is taught now was not what they learnt
The same Nigerians who are condemned here perform excellently outside the country.
So make a positive contributions and not look for relevance.

BAT presented him because he had no choice. So when he was disqualified by the Senate (either at BAT instructions or otherwise) he was no longer interested presenting him again.
