These are the derisive statements made against lecturers and university education system in Nigeria. They are fantasies that someone somewhere thinks are are operative. While this story telling is not uncommon, I am sure that no lecturer that joined in 1980 is still teaching today i am also sure that no lecturer is teaching with 1980 notes because they complexly off the shelf I am also sure that many of the lecturers teaching today, have the oldest of them joining the system in he late 1990s. The policy makes the Nigerian banks to be more responsible and responsive on the customers' actions and the use they put the accounts they open for costumers.
