Efcc said the account was used in 2015, the statement of account posted didn't show the history of 2015.

The accused said the account was dormant not efcc..
We all know, even dormant accounts can be used to steal in Nigeria. Even though, we cannot say she is telling the truth that her account was dormant or not.

Why not wait for efcc to bring proof before calling them lairs even when this accusation has not been bursted as lies?

1. That the EFCC knew the owner(s) of the account was never in doubt and is a needless assertion.........
2. The EFCC actually laid a bait, i.e. to ascertain that "baby-mama's" account was indeed part of the shadow account FFK wanted to use to secretly move money.
3. His "slush-courrier" (Baby-mama) [as has been with many of his past "lady-escapades] was now sent to Ekiti to try see if EFCC's gaze is not far reaching.
4. It is either FFK is stew.pid, or not too smart. How on earth will he not Imagine that his account or that of anyone connected to him will not be under watch? The only "smart" thing he probably calculated was that if "yawa gassed" home-boy Fayose will do the dirty work to "clean-up"[/s]

To reactivate a dormant account in 2016, you need bvn, so how did ffk bvn got mixed up with her babymama's bvn when she said she has been using the account since 2005.. We need clarity here.

I read the EFCC statement again. It never claimed that the balance was N2.4 million at the time of the arrest.

Here's the exact wording below



It can EASILY be argued that the EFCC spokesman was referring to the balance of the account when it was flagged, and the wording (use of the past tense 'had', and the statement insinuating that this was as at when traced by the EFCC) does support this.


Final step is for Precious to release the entire account info...and of course for the EFCC to show that the account was only frozen last friday or has not been dormant for long.

How does this prove the allegations aren't true?

The account was used by her from 2005 till 2012 when it was abandoned and went dormant. It was not utilised or activated again until August 2016 when small deposits of between 200,000 and 500,000 were made into it and the total amount that entered into that account over a period of 2 months was approximately 4 million naira.

FFK was talking about account balances and single lodgements.

FYI the 4million mentioned in the piece refered to the cumulative inflow since the acount got reactivated two months ago. The author made it clear that no single deposite had ever been above 500k. And the fact that the balance as at last week was 95k showed that money was not accumulating in the account. And this is very understandable considering that their other accounts had been frozen for a long time now.


The agency's statement was pure lie. I said it earlier before the emergence of Chinwendu's rebuttal. And if you cannot see injustice in this whole thing then let me pray that you will be the next person to experience it.
