For instance, I play piano for a church in Ibadan. They hold services nearly everyday and offerings are collected. Then there are special programs sometimes, and of course, four Sundays in a month. But I only get paid once in a month.

Moreover, using Living Faith Org. as a case study, there are as many voluntary workers as paid workers. And generally, church workers are poorly paid.

Bro, churches make money and a megachurch can buy a jet on tithes and offerings.

Allocation of finances. Deficit cash and not minding an average church holds other curricular activities and the large branches. what makes you think everyone is faithful to paying tithe? or do you know the average amount a church goer pays as offering??
