A good friend of my(an ex-colleague) had actually visited me in January this year and spent three weeks in an apartment, nothing happened.

My take on the above statement is base on the fact that; Nigeria has total number of 36 states and federal appointment been made should be able to come from these states base on her constitution, without any trace of marginalisation. Thank you...
