This man buhari is not and will never be a saint. If NNPC claim is false, the one I know is not false. Buhari destroyed our Second Republic on 31st December 1983 which took Nigeria into a long journey into slavery by the Military passing the baton around among themselves. His rule then was like a reign of modern day Pharaoh.
If most people has forgotten how will all ran out in jubilation when we were set free by the Babangida / Abacha coup.

His regime was almost like this modern day Boko-Harism in the southern part of Nigeria, it was like a war then in the early eighties; though i was very young, soldiers was maltreating innocent civilians on a daily basis on my way to school then.

My worries is that Obasano who supported this scheme during his administration also advice GEJ to carry on for the sake of peace to reign between the two countries.

The same way general Obasanjo gave Bakassi to Cameroun during its administration just because France gave Nigeria an option to support our new democratic govt and help in renogotiating our external debt in the year 2000.
