* Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, for facilitating discussions, addressing user concerns, and upholding forum regulations.
* Conflict resolution abilities and a commitment to neutrality and fairness when addressing disputes or controversial subjects.
* Prior experience in moderating online forums or similar platforms, along with an active presence in Nairaland's politics section, is highly desirable.

I am humbled by the recommendations. it is the politics section and let's be honest, we have our biases but must all learn to carry one another along in a very respectable manner.

Good old days..chaiii I don't envy this generation at all

One thing I have learnt those that have better ideas are always resented.You may have good ideas, but swallow them,Nigeria bosses and workers are afraid of change.They rather do things the same way.
Those that contribute nothing are preferred because they are not seen as threats.
Sometimes keep your ideas even if you know, except when asked directly or told to do so anonymously.
In my former school, so many suggestions to the owners on how to develop and change things to move the school forward caused so many things even betweencolleagues. ,I left there, now they are even worse off.
In my current place,so many things wrong, because of poor management andproper knowledge of running a school by theowner. I shut my mouth tightly and continue looking at them. I do my work as supposed,but run your thing anyhow you like.
