@lanruma001 Try and invest about #10 M in Agric/Mechanized Farming and keep the rest in a fixed deposit until you're well settled to build a good team whom you can charge with haulage responsibilities with about another #5 M. And don't touch the reamning #10 M as you may need to bail out any of the existing ones if cash-strapped. See how that goes for about 5 years before you diversify |
It would be nice to know the index used in this assessment |
@okanrio Go and do a search at Alausa and you will be told whether your land is under govet acquisition or nor not |
@pelezico It's nice the way you're thinking aloud. BUT: Over and above everything, if God has asked you to stay in the UK for now - PLEASE STAY |
@kayode Do you have Dangote Cement? |
Can you post your prices per tonne for 10mm, 12mm & 16mm for delivery to Ogba. Are they imported or locally manufactured ones? |
Pls can you post the pictures and the prices |
i need 200 bags of dangote cement delivered to ogba next week. what is the best price you can offer? |
Is this still available? |
Interesting |
@henchmark I must say this is very strange. The ideal thing would be for the Bank/Lender to put a charge on the property used as a collateral so that this can be easily discharged once the loan is redeemed. I would advise the guy involved to look for another lender. Apart from the risk involved in this transfer of ownership; it will cost you so much to re-instate the title back to your own name. Personaly, I don't think it's worth the hassles |

Pls give me your email so that I contact you about the land on Ofada Axis |
Hi Lawrence, Pls reply to my email titled "Business Enquiry" Thanks |
@kusehin Is this proposal still on offer? |
Thanks everyone. Your tips here and there has been very helpful ![]() |
I would encourage anyone who has some capital to invest to check this guy out. He is going places. He is transparent and his Vision is realsitic! Pastor Shola, well done ! More grease to your elbow |
@erastus75 Does it mean that once the loan is fully paid they will reliquish their 45% ownership? |
@ bigben431 @ Tolulop001 Thanks for your valuable insight on this tread , I am UK based and tempted to believe that it should be cheaper- if not easier to source funding in UK or the States for a Real Estate Project in Nigeria. Any thoughts? |
@kcsystems Is this offer still on? Does it include the full drawing details including materials schedule and estimate of building cost? |
@aasog1 Experts in the house! Please can someone give me a rough idea for the cost of fencing 100 Acres of farmland in my Village in Ogun State. The land is a compact clay soil which means it would only require a standard foundation. The quotation will include labour & material cost, and if possible, alternative cost-saving technologies. Thanks |

Pastor Sola, well done for this good work. Is it possible to inspect one or two of your projects sometimes in March? |
@jungunnu The guy is travelling out of the country. Did you read the tread from the beginning? |
@liquidator Since you're planning to go abroad, you're better off investing your money in a parcel of land in an upcoming area. And make sure you get Lawyer Matthew involved to perfect the title. In the next 6 to 10 years you will be laughing , |
@Bassey131 I wish I could help you with some info but I am still at the very initial stage of my research too. I'm still trying to figure out the most cost effective Solar technology that will be suitable for a residential estate in Nigeria for which I'm conducting a feasibility study. I should let you know as soon as I come with some hints. Meanwhile, I heard Spain and US have a cutting edge technology in this area, I stand to be corrected - might be wrong! |
@trojanking Have you considered mechanised farming? It's not a get-rich-quick business but if you do your due diligence very well, it's very hard to go wrong. |
@Superuser I'll get you through your email as I'm doing some ground work on how Solar Power can be of benefit for a residental estate project |
