We'll its still a Scam na. The Federal Civil Service Commission won't do any better. Like someone stated " people paid #1,000 as application fee and yet what happened" ? The slots are still going to be shared but the Commission (if they are in charge like you said) will be cautious and try to make the selection process look transparent that's all.

Nope, that's the Bailaiff of Court. They seldom wear the Uniform to effect service tho . Anyways, Dbanj was served by substituted means and the method used in this instance was by pasting it on his last known address .

So the man in Uniform is actually Mr Idowu , check the Affidavit of Service.

If you are referring to DSSC pls forget. They have cooked the list. Majority of Names came from the Presidency and top men in Government. Even some people who went through some top Generals were kicked out of d list EG My brother.
