Car Talk / Re: My Neighbour Jacked Up My Car by Kandaha: 9:50am On Feb 17
Missowombo:
Dear Family landers. I am here to seek your advice on how to rescue my car from my neighbour.

I bought a car, direct from abroad, a very clean and sweet ride, and registered in September, 2023 (5months ago). However, due to the high fuel consumption( V6, 3.5l engine) and the ever unstable fuel price today, I decided to put it up for sale to get a smaller engine capacity. A neighbour expressed interest in buying the car and decided to pay in installment which I agreed. I was also searching for a replacement at this time hoping to use the money realized from the sales to get my preferred ride. My preferred ride prices were shockingly high such that even if I doubled the price I gave to my neighbour it will still not be enough to buy the new ride. Prices rise by the hour these days in Nigeria and I have no hand in this crisis. I returned to my neighbour to inform him that I will not be selling the car anymore due to the present crises in prices of goods in the country. I apologized profusely for every inconvenience and transferred his money back to him. He got angry and said that I must submit the car key and documents to him. He even threatened to send his community and area boys to beat me up and extract the above items.

I came back from work to see my car jacked up, surrounded by 2 other vehicles to prevent the car's exit. For the records, there is no written or signed agreement between him and I concerning this sale. I refunded all his money 1 day after he paid his last installment and kept back my car. I have no hand in Nigeria's current problems. I am pushed to use force here but I am thinking that some initial peaceful resolution could be an option.

Let's look at it from your perspective and his perceptive. But you seem like an indecisive person.

ISSUES FOR DETERMINATION.

1. Research is key in any Task. I say this because we all knew Fuel Stations adjusted their Pump Price in most states the day Tinubu was sworn in as President ( He stated clearly that Subsidy was gone ). I assume you paid for your Car on or aBout the time Tinubu was sworn in. A 3.5L V6 will surely be expensive to maintain ( but maintenance is subjective). As individuals we all know what we can afford to maintain.

2. AGREEMENT. Was there a Gentlemans Agreement 🤝 yes. Was there an Oral Agreement yes. You said you couldn't cope and wanted a smaller Car. So talk led to talk. You told your neighbor, and like I said it's subjective in this instances.

He probably can stomach the expenses on his end . You have a price which no one forced you to give irrespective of above or below Market Value it's your Choice...there was Offer, Acceptance, Consideration in the Transaction.

3. THE COST FACTOR . You made the decision to buy a Car and a brand, you said because of the Unstable Fuel Price you decided to sell, you should have calculated the cost and options to see if money realized from your Cra sale will be sufficient enough to get another Belgium Car of yoyr Choice also considering Inflation of all goods.

4. DECISION MAKING. You didn't make good choices and you went back to tell him that you are pulking out of the deal. It's not even about it the Contract can be enforced or not. You just made an unnecessary enemy. He has threatened you , Jacked the Car Up and blocked it with two Cars. He wants to show you that the Trouble you seek , he has it in abundance.

If you end up going to the Police , you will spend no matter how little.

The issue of you not considering adding an extra tip to his initial payment is another issue.

A parable : Which of you intending to build a House will not seat down and count the cost from the beginning. If you don't count the cost all who see you will mock you saying ...look..he started and he couldn't finish.

You should have weighed options and counted the cost of the first car of purchase, price for sale of the Car and price of purchase of a new Carm

You should edit the Topic to : I NEED URGENT ADVISE AND NOR MY NEIGHBOR DID THIS.

There are certain persons who know how to get themselves in Trouble but can't pull them selves out.

You are a Product of your decisions and nothing else. Since you said you are considering the use of Force...why then did you come here after all we were not with you when you made all your decisions.

May the best man win.

Emefiele's Degrees are in the Financial Sector. If your SAN means Senior Advocate of Nigeria then it's wrong. He isn't a Lawyer.

It will seem you have Festus Keyamo SAN in mind .

Religion / Re: Bishop Oyedepo: "Self Defence Is Entrenched In The Constitution" by Kandaha: 3:20pm On Jun 28, 2018
barojana:
I do hope someday Bishop Oyedepo would resign as pastor and take up a campaign for presidency. He is one of the few folks in Christianedom that can singlehandedly fund his election without having to bow to powers for funding. Though from the North Central, he can easily rally votes in the south and capture chunks of the North central and North east.

He's got the popularity, business acumen, sheer ruthlessness and managerial skill to govern a country like Nigeria.. Plus the church would be in good hands having two very capable vice presidents in Abioye and Oyedepo jnr.

As per the unabated killings, it was amazing how it happened during Boko Haram's time. They started by killing Christians and every muslim in the North did like it was no man's business, later on they turned their guns on Muslims like people that are cursed and started killing themselves. We know how this one too would end. Just like God caused confusion in the ranks of the enemies of Isreal and they began to slaughter themselves same will happen with these demons from hell.

Nice, but I doubt. While preaching in a service he said and I quote " I'd Consider it a demotion, if asked to come and be President of Nigeria someday". He said he made the statement to himself in the early 80's because he knew what he carried inside and he knew were he was going. Who knows the future tho.

I nor dey hold brief for am ooo, I just dey talk wetin in talk.

I try as much as I can to be good and this man is trying as much as he can to take advantage of me, what do i do? Change or continue being good and get trampled upon?
I happen to be a very young landlord by circumstance ie i inherited a property from my late dad let me hold it here.
Now there is this man i rented a one bedroom apartment to, and being that i'm young maybe he thinks i don't know the value of money he chooses to pay it in instalment, imagine him paying 1yr rent of 80k in a period of 5mounts, now the problem is i was adviced to hand over the property to a lawyer, the man has been intimidating me as to why i had to do such a thing.
Pls ur candid opinion.
Part payment is a No for me save you agreed to that. Drop your email or digits. I am a Lawyer and my practice is based on Property... I have seen worse , trust me!

Politics / Re: Edo: Thousands Of PDP, APGA, ADC Members Dump Party For APC, Back Obaseki by Kandaha: 10:50am On Sep 25, 2016
NextGovernor:

NO GOING BACK TO EGYPT,SAY APC SUPPORTERS...

BUT THEY HAVE REFUSED TO TELL US WHERE THE EGYPTIAN TASK MASTERS ARE RIGHT NOW...

The men who spent 8 years with Lucky(PDP), 18 months with Osunbor(PDP),

7+ years with Oshiomhole( ACN/APC....

They are the Egyptian task masters we should avoid.

NOTE;

Current members of APC have been governing Edo State since 1999 Under a system called " PSEUDO-CHAMELEONIC DECEPTION" ( PCD). They were the ones who stagnated the state from 1999-date.

See how the Pseudo-Cameleonic Deception has been working;

1. Hon. Thomas Okosun:former ACN/APC Edo State Chairman) and before then,PDP Speaker, Edo State House of Assembly

(2) TONY "ADUN" KABAKA...Now Oshiomhole's chief enforcer of tax collection but before then,he used to be Lucky Igbinedion's " egbe-wedger" ( Bodyguard)

3. COMR. ADAMS ERIC OSHIOMHOLE:: current ACN/APC Governor, Edo State, 2008 till date but before then, he was,PDP Member and supporter Glory 2003, Lucky Igbinedion’s Campaign Organization. Accompanied Lucky Igbinedion to many of his numerous jamborees and cruises to the West Indies and South America between 2003 and 2007.

But was a PDP, Commissioner for Sports and Social Development under Lucky Igbinedion. Secretary, Glory 2003. Deputy Chief-of-Staff to Governor

She returned to pdp and again returned shamelessly to APC. The height of the ignoble game of these political deviants.

32.Hon. Patrick Obahiagbon:: ACN/APC Director of Campaign Rallies, Adams Oshiomhole Campaign Organisation and currently the APC chief of staff but before then, he was; PDP Majority Leader, Edo State House of Assembly 100-2007 and Member House of Representatives 2007-2011

43. Lucky Imasuen:: Just decamped from pdp to APC after being Deputy Governor, SA to Chairman NPA, State Coordinator Sure-P under the PDP.

The list is in-exhaustive but suffice to say that, the above listed individuals have been in charge of Edo state Government and affairs since 1999. They have no political loyalty. They are platform seekers and political dupes.

MY ADVISE:

If any of them in APC tell you again that PDP destroyed Edo for 10 years, take out this list and check whether the liar is there. If he or she is, get a cane and whip the bloody hell out of the liar and thief. This is the beginning of the real change we now crave for.

>> The notorious Dog <<

A DOG used to run up quietly to the heels of everyone he met, and to bite them without notice. His master suspended a bell about his neck so that the Dog might give notice of his presence wherever he went. Thinking it a mark of distinction, the Dog grew proud of his bell and went tinkling it all over the marketplace. One day an old hound said to him: "Why do you make such an exhibition of yourself? That bell that you carry is not, believe me, any order of merit, but on the contrary a mark of disgrace, a public notice to all men to avoid you as an ill mannered dog."

Notoriety is often mistaken for Popularity

Just as political inconsistency is not political savviness.

Nice One. I respect the fact that you included the recent decampee's like Professor Osunbor etc due to the fact the original article where you got these names is few years old.

However Hon Barrister Nosa Adams (number eighteen) is at the moment a member of PDP and has been back to PDP since 2014.

I started my farm in 2013 when I went to the Netherlands for my Master's degree with some money I was able to make working while studying. At first it was not easy I must admit. I started my farm with about 1000 birds. I had a lot more f moralities I won't lie but my dad who also has farm was able to put me through and I learned very fast too.

Today I can even boost of over 7,000 birds (Layers, Broilers, Turkeys and Some Day old chicks as well). I'm also currently constructing a fish pond and starting a tomatoes and onions plantation too. I get a minimum of 300 crates in a day.

Your post is indeed inspiring... can you kindly respond to my PM, Thank you.
Politics / Re: Godwin Obaseki Is APC's Flag Bearer by Kandaha: 6:51pm On Jun 21, 2016
sandraokosun:
Oga no need for this epistles, i am talking from a neutral ground as i dont fancy any of the parties. The 2015 electiön you talked of was a national one were edo state naturally shared the same view as a block in the ss states. Gej was always going to win but apc picked almost 50% in a core block of pdp. I wonder if pdp could get up to that percent in the core north west block frm any state. So the edo central u speak of naturally gravitates towards pdp, but we both know the numbers there cant touch oshomole block of edo north more than twice central. I like the fact u are sincere oshomole stronghold is afemai, forget the small noise u here from pdp there 2015. If you go to afemai u would understand it is fully apc, they do understand how adams took them from nothing and made almost every auchi man a position in his government plus the likes of oyegun, alimekhena who through him brought auchi to national politics, not to even mention how adams turned afemai to edo capital at the detriment of other zones, and the university in auchi. For adams to be relaxed he knows it has to be godwin. And afemai 2day knows they have to sheild him with all so that all their benefits atleast remain.

I say this as an edolite who is grounded and have sampled views from districts.

So edo central edo north settled, battles goes to south.

What u fail to realise is that the 2015 election was a stand along a block senario. In edo south this time around its going to be TWO BINIS on their own neck. This is not oshomole contesting but binis, if you think its about question of who backs who i would tell u that the average bini man would prefer an edo north man anyday over an esan man. The perception that anenih still controls pdp is ever a factor, same reason why pdp choosed a bini and auchi man in last election and would still do it in this election with disrespect to the esans who trully own the party come rain come shine.

Binis themselves have voted against their own two times for oshomole, so the hatred u think exist isnt there. As long as they see a bini man this time around.

Ize iyamu has a very terrible stain on him(corruption) the same man is known to have spareheaded lucky regime of loot plus he is a very unstable character who stands for nothing.

Pdp would be quick to cover that in the stupidity that they say he alone can fight apc.
This is the same way pdp hired sheriff despite his stain not knowing that stain swallows them.

Obaseki is a new face how has an advantage because no body knows any wrong of him.
All that can be said is that intimidating cv, plus his economic work with adams. I see apc fully using this HIGHPOINT,and utilizing ize iyamu biggest flops which i dont see how pdp would have anything wrong to capitalize on obaseki. At the end of the day u would see a pdp campaign mode whose intent is to lash at adams while ignoring the main point obaseki. You would see apc branding up obaseki with this cv as they know best while creating ideas and highlighting if edo wants the lucky igbinedion years again. Pdp as their no campaign strategy of offensiveness like in 2015 would miss it again.

The odubu and the likes u talk of, oshomole has a way of tamming people just like obahiagbon, and make them loyal to the core.
I dont know how he does it but even after all the wrestling adams and odubu have had, odubu has not dared contend with adams, u see him eulogizing adams and worshipping him, when one would think odubu would have long called adams bluff since 2nd term. The simple truth is that adams have something strong he is using to make him do his bidding just like obahiagbon and all apc party members. Ogiewonyi after serving as minister would be dead to make a fast one on adams, same with imasuen with sure p loots and arbhiavbere who have cases with efcc. I dont see them playing to pdp as adams have concrete intelligence on them. Osunbor, imasuagbon are just there to add to the numbers and cant win a ward whichever party they are.

The aspirants in pdp should tell u are weak they are compared to the names in apc. Idurokiyemen is just a yerstarday floor boy in edha, edebiri is just a regular face to complete the numbers.

Expect pdp has huge back up they cant even match campaign of apc how much more winning peoples decision. The fg dan orbih boasts of was off since 2015, when he even had it pdp couldnt beat oshomole for 8yrs. Orbih has been mute since 8months. The pdp men are saving their loots, the fact that wadata plaza is in finincial crises shows it all.

Apc federal advantage of centre is there, tinubu dangote etc as you knows supports obaseki.
The grassroots boys like osakpaman, kabaka who control the streets in bini are in apc. Oshomole and the new oba romance is not a hidden affair, the palace plays a subtle role indirectly on the binis

Lol, the only thing u actually read from your extremely long Epistle is the line which says " no need for Long Epistles...

On scrolling down and seeing Chapter 1 of your Book of Epistles its obvious you are just talking yet not being paid for the long Epistle , Lolz.

The only thing Ignorance precedes is Ignorance.

In conclusion I didn't read a word your wrote neither will I read a reply. It will do you well to end this here, a word is enough for the wise.. * drops mike & walks away ".

sandraokosun:

Pdp govrns cant do anything apart from attend the rally, no kobo is coming out.

Its obvious you are Fan of the APC led administration which I find laughable albeit you deny it. From your longer Epistle you didn't mention the fact that the state House member representing Oshiomole's constituency is even a PDP man, lol.

An election is an election and a Politician can't deliver properly from his Unit, Ward, LGA and state is a clown.

In conclusion I didn't read up to 9 lines in your Epistle. However I I didn't know you are now a PDP Governor to know who and who will donate.

If you know what happened at the State House of Assembly Elections you won't have typed "OPAX".

The only thing that precedes Ignorance is Ignorance its self. Am not being paid for having an Opinion neither are you.

Mention me not again, this issue is dead and Buried. Edo state is PDP and the only federal might I see is at the Tribunal level

you would never learn, u sit in the creeks and start reasoning rubbish. The 2015 election hasnt thought u anything. From what is reality now obaseki would win edo north with oshomole prescence in his district, this primary should tell u oshomole capacity to win his own. Edo central the smallest with 5lga would go with pdp. Edo south would be a split btw same district indigenes. Ur ize iyamu is still know as the brain behind lucky igbinedion term as its ssg. Apc has the support of the palace and would win edo south. Apc has more structures than pdp. The calibre of aspirants tells u all against a pdp that its looters are trying to save loot and avoid notice me. This is the true picture of edo election

Lol, the 2015 election in Edo state thought several things about Edo state Politics. APC lost to PDP in the Presidential elections... https://www.360nobs.com/2015/03/nigeria-2015-presidential-election-results-edo-state-pdp-wins-nigeriadecides/

Edo South Senatorial... Went to PDP.

Edo Central Senatorial... Went to PDP.

Edo North Senatorial... Went to APC.

Out of the 8 Seats if memory will serve me well, Edo state PDP clinched 5 Out of 8 Seats ... Omosede Igbinedion, EJ Agbonayinma, Ogbeide Ihama, Joe, Edionwele and Sergius Oguns.

The above means Edo PDP clinched Edo South and Edo Central and PDP lost in Oshimole's strong hold.

Assuming without conceding that PDP Rigged to win then that's somewhat laughable because I assume Oshiomole is in charge and he is loved by all and Sundry in the state I assume.

I guess you know the Story of Captain Hosa Okunbor and the Edo State House of Assembly Elections....www.vanguardngr.com/2015/04/jonathans-defeat-okunbors-rejig-jolt-edo-pdp/

The 2015 Elections showed me Oshiomole isn't really loved in the state as some think he is and to make matters worse he more or less Imposed Godwin Obaseki. He tried imposing Patrick Ogbaigbon on Edo South but Samson Osagie who he told not to run Trashed Igodomigodo at the APC Senatorial South Primaries and same thing even happened in Edo North were the SSG of the State lost there.

Anyone who says PDP has a chance isn't so wrong.

The average Edo man/Nigerian doesn't want to know about Removal of Subsidy and . He wants to buy affordable fuel, Have Electricity, Be gainfully employed and not under employed or unemployed. He wants to be able to see what you promised him during elections. Because APC Seemed to have all the Solutions to the Problems but at the moment have no answers.

People watch what happens in Abuja and people are not happy. The Popularity of APC has decreased.

In conclusion, no one will be wrong to say PDP may win the September 10 Election. Even if PDP doesn't win APC go hear am cos its more like 50/50.
I won't be surprised if some aggrieved aspirants of yesterday's APC primaries would work against APC for PDP behind the Scenes.

Some people vote party while some vote individual.

There are diff grades and diff pay i diff banks. General manager, assistant general manager, senior manager, manager, senior banking officer, banking officer, assistant banking offficer, entry level (might be slightly diff in banks). Then u have contract staffs. A general manager earns over 2m per month nd get profit of like 30-50m a year. An entry level earns btw 110-240,(diff banks diff pay). A banking officer gets like 250-400k. Co ntract staff get like 50-70k. Alot of Nigerians dont know bankers are paid well because dey mostly deal with d contract staffs in branches. Real bankers are in d head office

I agree with you to the extent that General Managers etc earn well and Contract Staff earn not so well. However different Banks with Different Policies. I know some Banks that have both full staff and Contract staffs in all Branches and trust me you won't know.

Take for instance, at the moment Zenith Bank is an example. Some Tellers are Contract and some are full staffs and same applies to Customer Service. Anybody you see in FT(Funds Transfer) is a full staff. Same applies for Marketing. Bulk Tellers are mainly Contract.

You don't have to go to Zenith Heights to see the Real Bankers. They are in every branch along side Contract staffs.

As a lawyer, I am at a loss as to which order is to be obeyed considering the fact that they are courts of co-ordinate jurisdiction

It is a very dicey one Sir. Our Learned Brothers and Seniors will have their Opinions on this Issue. Our Judicial System is funny and we do not learn. The best thing is for either party to take it upstairs by appealing to the Court of Appeal. Bear in mind that it would be funny if the suit is appealed in both Lagos and Porthacourt divisions of the Court of Appeal.

Some may say one Judge gave the other before the other and the first in time should prevail but they have coordinate Jurisdiction.

I doubt if this is the first time such is happening by and large.

We cannot say one party has a better case because the Court isn't Father Christmas to grant you what you didn't ask for and in this case both judges gave orders as they saw fit on the respective motion papers.

The Court of Appeal may look at Orders as Prayed or the wordings of both orders.

It may get to the Supreme Court and as it is said, they know best ( so to say ).

On this issue, Lawyers will be divided because valid arguments can be brought forward in my opinion and no matter what the Supreme Court decides we shall be divided.

Something of this nature happened in 2014 between Hon Justice Ibrahim Buba and Hon Justice Okon Abang, both of the Federal High Court pertaining to News Watch Communications. The Appeal Courts will set aside one.

None of them can either way set the others judgements aside: HEMBADOOM TORTYA vs WURUKUM VILLAGE MARKET COOPERATIVE.

As The late Justice Oputa said:
"We are final not because we are infallible, rather we are infallible because we are final".

Be that as it may, Whether it gets to the Supreme Court or not, it has already turned out to be an academic exercise.

This is very sad but I think the police should obey the PortHarcout court order, because the PDP convention took place there.

From my lame man point of view though. grin

You are wrong sir.The Federal High Court is seen as One Court with different Divisions across the Country for administrative convenience. Sec 19 of the Federal High Court has said it all.

There are also a Plethora of cases to this effect. In FRN vs MKO ABIOLA. Abiola was arrested in Lagos and tried by the Federal High Court in Abuja. His Lawyer's objected to this on the ground that he was arrested in Lagos and should have been tried in Lagos and not out of jurisdiction. The Court held that Out of Jurisdiction means : Out of Nigeria hence Abiola could have been tried in any other division (any state).
The state were an event occurs isn't an issue for the Federal High Court to have Jurisdiction.

I must commend your view as a Layman. The statement you made has brought a lot of arguments in Legal circles.

You stated : he will also stamp and sign 2 of his passport for u and also a photocopy of his drivers licence or int passport"

They stated : Two recent passport size photographs to be stamped and counter signed by officer of appropriate rank specified, Local Government Chairmen/Secretaries and other specified officers in Paragraph.

They further stated : Photocopies of Educational Certificates, Indigenship certificate from applicant’s State of Origin.

From what you stated the applicant is to bring the Signee's Educational certificates?

I think its the Applicants recent Passport Photograph that is needed not that of the Signee because NAF is stating what you should bring for the Zonal Enlistment and your certificate is needed not that of the Signee so there is an assumption the Passport is that of the Applicants.

You just alighted how pdp would fail.

Do you knw that ever since oshiomole became gov in 2008, pdp has won just a councillorship position in all elections conducted in the whole of Edo north?

Do u knw dat since 2008 till now, apc has won more elected position in Edo South?

Do u knw dat since 2008 til now, pdp re just a little margin abv apc in an elected position in Edo central?

So bro, let me tell u hw the election outcome would be.

Edo South - Apc 4 LGs, Pdp 3 LGs;
Edo Central - Pdp 3 LGs, Apc 2 LGs,
Edo North - Apc 6 LGs, Pdp 0 LG.

Total- APC 12 LGs, pdp 6 LGs.

You wanna bet?

Calm down na. Lol. No be fight. I agree with you only to the extent that Edo North is a strong hold of APC and that's why you can say PDPB won just a Councillorship Position. APC has won more elected seats since 2008, fine.

One would think that the Oshiomole we know would have had more control over the state in the 2015 elections and would have buried PDP in the state by at least winning Edo South for Senatorial and possibly Edo Central ( who knows ) and won more Federal House of Reps seats however there was a slight shift .

In the 7th National Assembly ( 2011 - 2015) Members House of Reps, Edo had :

Jim Aiku Adun ACN
Pally Isumafe Obokhuaime Iriase ACN
Peter Ohiozoje Akpatason ACN
Nosakhare Issac Osahon ACN
Abubakar Eshiokpek Momoh ACN
Razaq Bello-Osagie ACN
Patrick A. Ikhariale PDP
Friday Itulah PDP
Samson Rapheal Osagie ACN

However in the 8th National Assembly ( 2015 - 2019) Members House of Reps, Edo has:

HON. IRIASE ISUMAFE O. PALLY M APC
E.J. AGBONAYINMAN M PDP
HON. JOSEPH E. EDIONWELE M PDP
BARR. OMOSEDE IGBINEDION M PDP
BARR. OGUN SARGIUS OSEASOCHIE M PDP

Do not forget that PDP won Edo South( Matthew Uroghide ) and Edo Central ( Clifford Odia )for Senate.

Oshiomole "MAY have been impeached by now" if PDP had clinched majority of the seats in the States House of Assembly in 2015. Oshiomole put a call across to Mr Chairman and Mr T who is the Lion of a place in Ikoyi and they called Captain Hosa Okunbor (Kapi) of Edo South who was warned by Mr B and Mr T to use his resources to ensure APC wins State House Seats .

Source: firsthandinfo.com

If you are from Edo state and reside in Edo state , Good! There was Cash Movement in Edo State on April 10, 2015. All the Eco Banks in Edo State were closed early that day. APC won seats through Captain Hosa Okunbor.

Captain Hosa has a Businessman knew if he didn't oblige Mr Chairman of the Party and Mr T he would have been hunted by certain Agencies of Government.

" After the defeat of Jonathan, his backing of the APC in Edo for the House of Assembly election paid off for the party. In a statement by a Bini group while reacting to Okunbor’s decision to support the APC in the state assembly polls, it said, “We appreciate the great sacrifice and invaluable contributions that Captain Hosa Okunbo has made in his determination to liberate the Binis in Edo South from the shackles of predetermined underdevelopment, occasioned by years of systematic and systemic political marginalization, which has denied the Bini ethnic nation prominent positions ..."

In Conclusion:

The moment GEJ conceded .... a lot of "behind the scenes runs" happened in Edo State.

PDP and APC Stalwarts are not saints.

NB: I support neither APC or PDP because majority of APC members in Edo State were once in PDP that is tagged a Corrupt Party.

Haba. You should leave Private Varsities out of this. If a parent can afford the fees of a Private Varsity its his or her money. He / she also decides when and how the money is spent. It's owned by a " Private Individual ". No one is forced there. If you talk about State owned Varsities I'd agree with you because fees should be subsidized.

The thread is about Ambrose Alli University, Ekpoma and not Covenant University or Babcock University. The people of Edo can vote out APC and hope fully PDP would change things I.e assuming they don't also do same years after.
