I live in America. Two years ago I had a house built for me. The way it works in US is that building contractors work with the government to create new plots of land to be developed. The land is divided into plots and in my case, 5 house designs were approved and assigned to different lot. So, I chose one of them and had the house built after obtaining loan from the bank.
I didn't have to know anything about any laws. It's the responsibility of the contractors and the government. Investors both local and foreign don't need to study law to be able to investor in any economic sector.

The total number of poor people in Nigeria is 133 million. The population of SE is 16 million, so the remaining 117 million must come from other States. This stat is meaningless. A little math for you, there are two areas, one is 100 square mile and another is 200 square mile. If 200 people live in both areas and half of then are poor, then you have 100/100 and 100/200 poor people per square mile. So you have 1 and 0.5 which implies that there are less poor people in the first area than in the second area.

In reality same number of poor people are in both areas. Useless Stat! Poverty alleviation of the government always favor the North, so even the FG don't believe this stat.

I want to make this point again; Tinubu and North West politicians have an agreement to rotate the presidency between themselves. Tinubu is fighting for Tinubu dynasty which will extend for many years. The son is waiting in the wings for his turn. The North West politicians fought the president, Buhari during the primaries and won. It wasn't even close.

Buhari is aware of this arrangement and he's trying to break it All the 8 years of President Buhari saw major investments sited in Lagos, Kano or Kaduna. The reason why Ghanduje and El Rufai are in open rebellion against the President over Naira redesign is because the policy will limit their ability to access funds as much as 500 billion naira to buy votes.

The Yorubas thinking in terms of tribe should ask themselves about the benefits that other South West States have been able to realize under APC government. What Federal Investments were made in Ekiti, Ondo, Osun, Oyo and Ogun?

Wise up guys. You can say that Tinubu is this or that but one thing you cannot say is that he's tribalistic. Tinubu is for Tinubu benevolent dynasty where he can sit on his throne and share money to anyone that he likes irrespective of tribe or religion.

You have those in the North West who believe that Nigeria belong to them trying to set up their own dynasty also. Wise up and don't be used!

This is very shameful what Wike is trying to do. Tinubu has made sure that no port in Niger Delta is functional. Almost all imported goods have to go through Lagos. Peter Obi has made statements about rehabilitating the Rivers ports. If this happens, River state will be richer than Lagos and a lot of people from Niger Delta will be Millionaires. The calculation Wike is making is that APC will win and he wants to secure an appointment with APC government since he's not running for any elected office.

He performed very well in River State but do not be deceived, his decision to support Tinubu is out of self interest. River State must rise and join Lagos as the import capital of Africa. Niger Deltans, please fight for yourself this time around and leave whatever politicians are saying to you alone. You deserve to be among the riches in Nigeria and you can get it if you vote for Peter Obi.

Stay safe and vote for your future and that all you family.

Anybody that thinks that this election is about religion or tribe is making a mistake. Tinubu and the North West politicians, I believe had an agreement to rule Nigeria for as long as possible. In the last 8 years, most investments were made in Lagos, Kano and Kaduna. North West have not denied Tinubu. They fought hard for his emergence.

This arrangement between Tinubu and North West benefits Tinubu financially since he gets a percentage of Lagos money. The Yorubas from Ekiti, Ondo, Osun, Oyo and Ogun have nothing to benefit from this arrangement. Their role is to help Tinubu realize his ambition. The president is aware of this agreement and have been trying to frustrate it. He tried but failed to stop Tinubu during the primaries. He's now done Naira redesign.

North East, North Central, South East and South South are now aware of their exclusion in the affairs of Nigeria. The question is will they be able to dismantle and defeat this arrangement between Tinubu, (just one man) and North West politicians. We will find out tomorrow.

Listen, I have a son who is suffering from depression. I live in US and he has a psychiatrist who he sees once a month. He takes medicine "Sertraline" for his depression and goes to a special school that has counselors who monitor the students mood changes. You may need to treat this medically and stop blaming your parents.

You lived a protected life. A lot of rich kids in US also live a protected life and they do not suffer from it. In terms of making friends, I was that kid that
when I open my mouth, other kids will tell me to shot up. Well, if you do what I do, it could help you. Every year, I decide what new thing I will learn and spend an hour every day studying it. How does that help, you may ask. Well I'm so knowledgeable that people usually come to me to ask how something works. It's very empowering. For example, your friends will be pretty excited if you could explain how navigation system works in a car, differences between cell phones, different types of war planes and their capabilities, etc.

I recently learned spanish language by reading and watching videos in internet. I also speak french. You just need to empower yourself.

Please let this not escape your memory, that you're innocent unless proven guilty. Obiano has not been convicted of anything, period. Almost every South East Governor goes through this EFCC arrest and non-conviction project, eg, Rochas, Orji-uzo Kalu, Obiano, Ikri of Imo State, etc.

North and South West Governors have immunity from EFCC arrest. Just as an aside, a lot of Northern Governors live in Abuja and not in their State. Buni just came back from medical trip in Dubai using State funds and he's chairman of APC. Ex bullion van Lagos Governor is running for president.

Obiano, in my opinion is the best Governor of Anambara State. Anambara is today self sufficient in rice, casava, vegetibles production. Food security is very important since our enemies always threaten us with starvation. Anambara students are the best in Nigeria. The State institutions he established such as ANCIPA and others make governance easy.

May God bless him and forgive him of any sins he may have committed.

Other fantastic achievements of Obiano are 12 technical school dorms with 750 bed capacity, International airport among the best in West Africa with satelite-landing technology, ICC center with over 10,000 capacity, Stadium with modern facilities, Roads and bridges.

If you condemn someone with this level of accomplishments, then all the rest of the Nigerian Governors will not escape blame.

EFCC has the names of the financiers of bandits and boko haram but will not make it public or arrest them. They can leak video of an igbo Governor but not the sponsors of death and destruction going on in Nigeria. Now you know why Nigeria as currently constituted, has no future.

Thank you Sir Governor Obiano. May God bless you infinitely. Your work is excellent! I appreciate your achievements in agriculture, (food security), education, (intellectual wealth for our people), Health,(high life expectancy for ndi anambara), Oil and Gas, (15 oil well, owned and operated by anambara) and finally international airport, (easy access to the rest of the world without extortion on your way to Lagos).

Please get your relatives to register with ASHIA (Anambara State health Insurance scheme). Pay 12,000 Naira a year and you get free hospital treatment. I've spent millions of naira in hospital bills trying to save my aging relatives from illnesses. Now I just register them with ASHIA so they can go for regular check ups and get medicine for their ailments before is too late.

Anambara motto is Onye aghana nwanneya, don't live anyone behind. You did exactly that. God bless you.

For purposes of enlightenment, I would like to highlight areas of Obiano's achievement that impressed me;
1. Infrastructure - (a) The international airport, the best in Nigeria with satellite landing system, the technology that enables America to land planes on their aircraft carriers anywhere in the world. (b) 10,000 international conference center, one of the best in Nigeria. This can help make Anambara the entertainment center of West Africa. (c) A lot of road networks for easy movement from one end of the state to the other.
2. Lighting up of Anambara State. Major streets in Anambara have streets light.
3. Education. Anambara is now competing at an international level. For many years Anambara students have been wining many awards, both nationally and internationally. America has now set up a cultural center in the State with the sole purpose of luring these students to America where they will join people like me in the country for more than 40 years, helping to keep America number one in the technology sector. I'm most excited about the 12 technical schools Obiano built which will be producing up to 9,000 graduates a year. Technical education was what helped China to develop so fast. Chinese are today considered as mater builders and manufacturers.
4. Agriculture; Under Obiano, rice production rose from 85,000 metric tons to 530,000 metric tons surpassing the state consumption of 330,000 metric tons. More that 2,000,000 metric turns in casava production. Fish farming and animal husbandry are areas that are currently getting attention from the state government.

No wonder America and Britain voiced concern during attempted rigging of Anambara governorship election because of their interest in the State.

The Vision-2070 is a welcome development. It's important that the document be given to all schools in Anambara State to be taught as part of the curriculum. The Anambara people need to know the plan of their state for the future. This will avoid the mindless developments you find in other states where flyovers are celebrated as development. Anyone running for governor in Anambara must adopt the plan and be judged by how well he implemented the plan.

Many years ago, the host of 60 minutes, a USA TV program asked FBI agent which criminal organisation give them sleepless nights. The response shocked the host. He said Nigerians! The host asked how about the Russians, Italians? The agent said, no the Nigerians and then proceeded to say why. Quote "Nigerians are smarter than us". You see, Abba Kyari will never face justice, not in Nigeria and not in US. Nigerians have been practicing corruption since independence. No country is better at it.

None of what's going on here serves God. God is love. How do we know God's children someone asked Jesus. He replied by their actions will you know. This pastor needs to seek the face of God and ask for repentance. God understands all spoken and unspoken languages and not just
that of the Pastor.

May God help us overcome our biases and hatreds in Jesus name. Amen
