Mine too. Priority application since Nov 29, interviewed on the 3rd. Nothing nothing till today. Called too, they told me application decided yet no mail or passport at vac. Don't know what to do here!

There is no harm in trying both uk and Canada. Your age is young, and a great advantage for PR based Canada immigration. UK is great for its point based certainty with no much hassle. Mine case is close to yours... I had applied since Dec 3. Till now, no communication. I called on Jan 10, I learnt it has been decided, yet, no mail. I tried to google how to track... it wasn't successful. Pls what web address is for tracking? And my sch resumes next week., what am i to do? Can I go to VAC without any mail? Someone could help here, esp with web address for tracking and other questions asked above...

I did Biometrics, interview on the 3rd Dec, and it was a priority, meant to be 5 business days. Shocked that nothing has since surfaced till today! It sucks...!

I haven't called them... just still hoping
