INDUSTRIALFAN: If they have admitted to the crime, what investigation are you still doing? Aren’t investigations meant to unravel the truth? This truth has already been said by those who committed it. Investigation has to be conducted to learn the contexts of the crime and determine if this was premeditated. To understand the relationship between the girl and the boys, the circumstances that led to the crime. |

I think if we adapt such in our society, fools like this will know when a girl says NO to sex That would be too extreme. |

jeromestarks: I blame the girl for visiting a guy she's not ready to sleep with. They gave you drink, you drink but you don't want to have sex. The guy must have bought gifts for her and the stupid girl must have collected it. Now, he want sex, you want to claim saint. Nonsense!
She wasn't raped. The fvcking didn't turn out in her favor hence, the police case.
She has lost her glory at the age of 17. Shame!
This is why I will never marry a Yoruba girl (they're sweet in the middle though) You have a twisted OT. |

Commentor: Up until Hushpuppi's arrest, he wasn't a criminal even if doubts about his person lingered.
Same for E-money, Obi Cubana and their gang. Describe the Nigerian society in one word? |
Crime › Re: Breakdown Of FBI Investigation On Hushpuppi And Abba Kyari. by KanuSE: 10:54am On Jul 31, 2021 |
Commentor: Actually, Kyari and Juma are the ones who could claim ignorance.
Kyari simply acted as an enforcer on behalf of Hushpuppi but he can claim he did this unwittingly.
As far he knew, he was petitioned to arrest Chibuzor who was trying to defraud his client. That's enough to sink Kyari. Now I know you are an illiterate. |

FreeIgboho: But who will give him to US?? What he did was STANDARD Nigerian Police Practice. [s]We all know they get paid very little. That's how they make money.[/s] As long as the person they are hired to harass or arrest is not innocent. @bolded, Can you please reference any part of the Nigerian constitution that supports your claim. Thanks |

Isn't it the exact court document?
Say you didn't read it and stop playing possum. Abba Kyari is innocent - say yes! |

[s] Commentor: Nobody is going to tender ignorance.
A petition was raised and action was taken.
No bill was sent but what was explicitly stated was Hushpuppi wanting to mobilise the police team by funds.
This isn't common practice the police would claim but it hardly translates into collaborative efforts for perpetrating of a crime. [/s] You don't gerrit, do you? |

Voiceofthestree: Why arrest hush why not arrest the Qatari business man. He want to build a school and needed fund is hush a bank?. Him too nah dubious man he want to secure bad loan so he won’t pay back if he eventually get the loan he will never pay back. The two person guilty here is first the Qatari man coz nah greediness deh make guy man chop client, two nah the cop again The Qatari needed a loan or an investor as it may and Hush posed as a US bank official who could help secure this. You would have to prove that the Qatari intended to 'get a bad loan and not pay back'. |

Commentor: Job is job.
Slang used on the street doesn't trump its proper usage.
Hushpuppi was widely purpoted to be a real estate developer and social media influencer.
At the time, there was nothing to explicitly state the nature of the business.
Whatever your parlance might be, it doesn't trump common usage. As per this current case, Hush's legal team would be obliged to give a detailed description of the nature of the business as understood by all parties involved. This would definitely establish the criminal presence of mind on the part of the accused. Whether or not Kyari understood the use of English 'Job' in this context has already been tested and proven by his culpability, especially in the manner he played his part as opposed to the code of practice of the Nigerian police. Kyari's legal team would be unprofessional and foolish to want to tender a case of ignorance before the court or any panel whatsoever. We all know that ignorance is never an excuse in the court of law. |

Commentor: But why are you like this?
Is there any doubt business was involved?
If business was involved wouldn't there be a money component?
If money was discussed does this explicitly determine the nature of the business?
You go school na. You're just rambling coz you ain't making any sense. |

Commentor: You are the one concluding on the fraud component of the deal.
This was never explicitly stated in the voice note but Kyari should have been more circumspect. More so than any regular Joe might be.
Yet not being circumspect doesn't make one an accomplice.
In any case, Kyari has besmirched the name of the Nigeria Police Force (make of that what you may) and as a result, Kyari should be summarily dismissed.
He can fight his case of extradition when that time comes. How circumspect could kyari have been and what was the #8m payment for? |

bluefilm: I don't see anything that implicates Abba Kyari in this narrative.
As far as Abba is concerned, he got a tip off about a fraudster and he acted subsequently.
Abba has no power to arrest Hoshpoppi in a foreign land.
Case closed.
The question now is could Abba have prevented the said fraud taking place in a foreign land?
That is the question the US courts and US Authorities will have determine its answer. It's bcoz your orientation as a Nigerian is twisted and you don't know any better. It's not your fault bcoz you're only the product of your society. You simply do not understand the gravity of kyari's involvement and you would wonder why the FBI are after him. Ndo. |
