Firstly, that clip was shot way back in 2013, before Sanwo-Olu could sniff high politics. So the camera quality is what was obtainable back then. Tinubu's face appears clearly younger and healthier from which he has clearly aged today. Infact, the phone that Sanwo-Olu was using wasn't even an iPhone that he visibly uses today as iPhone craze hadn't caught on by then in Nigeria.

It is on record that Sanwo-Olu was hospitalized for illegal drug use as confirmed by former Governor Ambode. Possibly, he remains a hard drug user today. It is safe to say that, If he uses illegal drugs then he obviously has the capacity to traffics same substance. Being in company with Tinubu ( an ex-convict in the US for narcotics related offences ) who brought him out of nowhere and propelled an unknown face to become the governor of Lagos state. We can allege that Sanwo-Olu has been working for Tinubu in the drug trade way before any direct relationship between them became public.
