This is definitely an original Samsung S10 look at the space beside the battery icon in the status bar (I.e for the punch hole camera). Even mere looking at the status bar and navigation bar will suggest it's a Samsung.
The problem could be from his network provider or a software bug.

I remember when I was using Tecno r5. the phone had
malware. Anytime I had my data on, it will be downloading other malware and showing ads all over the phone. Including porn ads, it's impossible to uninstall them since, the malware have gotten admin privileges. Since then I vowed never to use any transsion product and stick with known brands like Samsung, nokia etc.

The phone fyn 4 back, but transsion holdings should have done better. For 105k, this phone comes with mediocre mtk p35. when Xiaomi offers redmi note 8 pro for the same price with mtk g90t and better specs and build quality.

That is the problem with Xiaomi phones. Their latest phones are not preloaded with android 10 even the one that is coming by the end of this month, that is the redmi note 9 won't come with android 10. Their redmi note 8 till this morning has not gotten the android 10 update.

I like their phones basically because of their battery management plan and others. I was thinking of buying redmi note 8 pro but I had to change my mind to hold on till February or March ending in order to see their latest phones specs and prices. Perhaps, after the latest phones release, the price of redmi note 8 pro will drop or it will be better to buy one of their latest phones
