That is why everyone should work to hit at least 250m in liquid networth though PP is for 500m and above i heard.

Its when you dont need loan that your bank will be begging you to take one at huge discount because of the cash coming in frequently into your account.

This is a senior liability to the Company which will be treated as a long-term liability in the balance sheet of the Company to be redeemed at a future date in terms of debt conversion to equity during a public offer or right issues

I hope they won't use a ridiculous SP for the conversion when the time comes...
