I used to do the night shift and Saturdays in my previous place of work and I barely had time for myself. I can't imagine what a 12-hour shift must be like.

Tbh though, I only used to watch a ton of anime in my university days. Nowadays, I mostly read manga and watch a few solid series at a time, I also drop stuff that don't catch my interest a lot faster and most importantly, I stay away from 99% of isekai trash.

TLDR: Carve out a portion of your free time for anime.
