My status changed this afternoon but I wanted to wait till I collect my package from VFS 2mao b4 I share the gudnew but I just got an email from the CDHC stating that my study permit has been approved...I thank the good Lord.

insight: Hello Hse, I appreciate your contributions here. I was denied last year (my first appl.) for financial reasons after three months of VO processing time. Still don't know specifically why they weren't convinced about the financial capability.My uncle who was my sponsor gave me his company's acct (he owns the company) with a balance of #20M plus copies of company docs and tax clearance.
This time having paid one semester fees mandated by school and now i have a new admission letter for the same one year post grad program for Sept start date,do you advise i can re-apply between now and March? Any implication for early application bearing in mind that VO sometimes hold docs for long as experienced by many last year?
Also,is it advisable to include my payment in the appl.? Advise pls.

my little advise wld be u add his personal account if he has good transactions on it cus they r not rili convinced about company these dayz cept mayb d person has like 95percent shares...guess they have dia reasons

ferdimako: At what stage are you now? Apart from applicants' dubious documents that cld lead to denial, do you think Maple or any other agent can influence admission and visa grants?

I dnt tink any agent has any influence on CDHC , if not every maple applicant wld be given d visa, am @ d after medical stage now awaiting TRV.

2,000$ is taken frm maple after ur called 4 medicals n refunded by maple if u dnt get d visa, d only reason they wunt refund u dat 2k is if d embassy caught d applicant with fake documents , its clearly written on dia contract letter, dats 4 anyone interested in using dem, i had to use dem @ d time i applied cus i needed good guidiance n dint knw whr to seek it , i joined ds thread after i had submitted; so many pple dat used this thread as dia medium of help have succeeded, so if u have enuf time, study d thread properly n u wunt need any agency except u feel u wanna use dem anywayz.

Xtus is on my BBM, he has always had a strong spirit frm d beginning, I believe u will get it this time brah by Gods grace, after our discussion...it is well

kelly4top: @ALL, CDHC PROCESSED A LOT OF APPLICATIONS TODAY ESPECIALLY THOSE THAT SUBMITTED AROUND SEPT. OCTOBER, NOVEMBER AND FEW DEC. SO PLS TRACK YOUR STATUS NOW AND GIVE US THE GOOD NEWS.

@Don Cipher my advice is not to withdraw ur application becos I said so, I just simply shared with d house wat I knw CDHC is doing at the moment, my advice wld be dat u shld wait n get d instructions directly frm CDHC or better still visit d embassy for better directives, like I said this is a confirmed information, u can ask anyone who submitted last year n has a new start date of sept 2013,(I dnt knw about fresh applicants ) if ur not asked to withdraw incase u fall in this category den consider urself favoured, yes I quoted bumdish's application tuk 8months, infact my friend in Vancouver, his application tuk a year b4 it was approved dunno d full story though but that's wat he told me, so I dnt understand d whole withdraw n re-apply thing...

Siga: ....I would assume processing already started from the time u submitted and a file is created for u....now, if u withdraw ur application, that doesnt mean they have not started working on ur file....or how can u prove ur file wasnt worked on....even if u claim ur docs were same way u mailed it in...did u take a picture of ur applications when u submitted?.... ....So, if they require another processing fee then u have to pay...,..so, lets research more to find the validity....

The instructions were very cut and clear and they dint mince dia words, they simply said withdraw n re-apply, den if u have don medicals (no worries cus its valid 4 one year so d sept applicant wunt have to do dat again) so if they r satisfied with ur documents wen u re-apply, they'll issue d visa, my tot was y not issue d visa at once instead of making dem withdraw n re-apply.

Don Cipher: @Kayce43 dnt mean to doubt u, but are u sure u understood wat ur agency said? It is stated "Processing times is frm submission date till decision is made". If CDHC tries that, such is actionable in court; because it is fraudulent to request applicants re-apply & pay anoda app fee when u did not process anythng, the fault based on their inability to perform - best they can do is to deny to cover tracks, i'm sure they knw that...ds same backlog occurred a year ago whn VAC was not operating & their was much more confusion, but they didn't do wat u are disclosing.

Took my time to gather that information, infact I kept it to myself until I was certain n had accurate information about everything so Yes am 100% positive n sure bout wat I said.

Honestly dunno bout that, just last year I knw about.

My status just changed on Vfs website, so I wil go to VAC tomorrow to get my passport. Much love

Asaju is Okay, i dint have any issues with dem, they r friendly n they attend to u well, just go with ur passport photographs n Int'l passport n make copies of it, as for fast, its first come first serve basis which is normal

Just got this info from my agency, that those who have a new start date of Sept 2013 dat submitted last year (2012) but cldnt meet up with January start date r already bin advised to withdraw dia application that its too early to have dia files @ d embassy for processing, unfortunately they have to pay dia processing fee all over again but if they have done medicals it will still be valid as @ wen they apply so they need not worry abt medicals anymore, dia visas will be granted cus medicals is valid for one year...CDHC sha!!! Tot this wasn't true until some1 I knw experienced it yestiday, he has even done medicals n interview sef which is rare (dats interview).... In all these tins it is well ooo!!!

There are two I know in lagos; I did mine at Asaju Clinic,olosa street, Victoria Island and the other one I know is Children's Clinic @ Ikoyi.

Hello house, I just got an email from CDHC for medical instructions! All glory n thanks be to GOD almighty! Thank u all for ur motivation n guidance! My application was submitted to VFS on d 13th of Dec, 2012. D medical instruction email I got did not give any condition- guess because I paid tuition for 1 semester b4 I applied to CDHC. Also there is no deadline for me to do d medical exam and my status has not change on VFS website. Pls how do I proceed? Thanks

Wow!!! Congratulations!!! I knw u knw dat this is wonderful, in d midst of everyfing dats goin on with CDHC u were called in just 2months, ok u have d same case as mine, take that e-mail to the embassy and they will either give u ur passport to do ur medicals or they will send it to VAC, dats all
