Christianity Etc › Re: What Does The Bible Say About Sex Before Marriage? by kayceeD2(m): 7:13pm On May 07, 2017 |
MrBrownJay1: Here is a clue: many great men of the bible had baby mamas, mistresses and concubines (which they were NOT married to), and they were not viewed as sinners by god (check Abraham, king David, King Solomon etc)...
So it is very simple: so long as the babe is NOT married to another man, it is NOT a sin. It might not be sin to u But u should knw its fornication And fornication is a sin |

jordanriverz: Advice Me Please,my Relationship Has Hit The Rock
Please I need your honest advice.....
I've been dating this man going to 2 years now and I don't know his house, well he's way older than I am and my problem is that...ok let me start.
On Wednesday last week, my twin sister and I told our mum we would be going somewhere but we wanted to spend time with the men in our lives.. So I packed my things and went to stay at my friends place, my sisters plans didn't work out as her bf hadn't arrived Lagos yet until next week..so I didn't know..
I waited on Thursday my man didn't call, so on Friday he called me but didn't say anything about us meeting later...so I was sad...on Saturday I made a video of my activities and my dance steps..I sent it to him...later he asked me where I was and I said my friends place, he bagan to ask me questions, where is the location, I should send him an address... I knew he was thinking I'm with a man but NO I wasn't..
My friend said I shouldn't give anyone her house address that if he wants to believe let him believe and if he doesn't then its his problem...he came to my house and met my sis and thought I lied to him because I had told him my sis wasn't around which I didn't know until I got home on Sunday...
Please what can I do as he doesn't want to pick my calls and even blocked me on WhatsApp How old are u? |

Christianity Etc › Re: Who Is Jesus To You? by kayceeD2(m): 1:13pm On Apr 16, 2017 |
FinallyFamous: many different views have arise concerning the personality of Jesus.
1**Some believe Jesus is a prophet who like others came to the world with His own message for His time and although He performed series of miracles, did signs and do wonders He is no more than just a normal human like the others before Him .hence Jesus is just a prophet
2** others say He is just a good man who lived during His days and was generous and kind
3** others feel Jesus could be fictional, Just some made up character to keep up a brand of belief of some sect
4** others believed Jesus is the Son of God who came to the world in human flesh to redeem the world from sin and evil thru the death on a cross where He bled and died and then rose up on the third day as He foretold and promised eternal life and victory to those who believed on Him
*--who is Jesus to you ?? A prophet |
NYSC › Re: 5 Reasons Why NYSC Should Not Be Scrapped by kayceeD2(m): 2:24pm On Apr 14, 2017 |
corpersforum: After the Nigeria Civil war, the NYSC scheme was created to reconcile, reconstruct and to rebuild the country.
After the Nigeria Civil war, the NYSC scheme was created to reconcile, reconstruct and to rebuild the country. The National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) was established on the 22nd May, 1973. NYSC was established with a view to the proper encouragement and development of common ties among the youths of Nigeria and the promotion of national unity.
Recently, there have been rumours that the NYSC scheme has been scrap by the federal government. Even though it was a rumour, many people would love to see it happen. Today, we will be telling you five funny reasons why NYSC should not be scrap. DO Not Forget to Join corpersforum.com
1. Cultures/ Tradition Do you know most youths have not travelled out of their state of origin or resident? Scrapping NYSC will prevent most youth to experience or learn other cultures. I recently finished my NYSC program of which I served in Anambra state. I can vehemently tell you that knowing the culture and tradition of the Anambrans changed my orientation towards the Igbo people and increased my love for business. There is always something you will learn from other cultures and traditions.
2. Alawee #19,800? That's too small! Only feeding will consume more than half of it! I won't lie to you, I also complained about the money. But do you really think if NYSC is no more, you can get 19800 every month after finishing school considering the Nigeria economy? This small alawee has saved many youths from begging money from parents, uncle, friends after school. I can tell you that many youths don't even get up to that alawee in a month after finishing their NYSC. Do you know the money most people saved from their Alawee is what they use to survive after NYSC before their dream job? It might be funny to you, but it is true.
3. Life Partner I don't need to tell you that many people met their lost rip during the one year NYSC program. I can still remember the song we sang at orientation camp ''When corper marry corper them go born ... wink''. So many married people met their partner at the orientation camp, some at their PPA and some even met theirs in the host community. A lot of persons might not see their missing rip if NYSC is scrap- funny but true.
4. Job Opportunities We have talked about Cultures, Alawee, and Life partner, let's Talk about Job opportunities. During NYSC program- Most graduates are fortunate to work in an organization where they are being retained after the one year program. Apart from your PPA, there can also be several job openings in the community or state where you served. Scrapping NYSC will deprive so many of job.
5. Experience NYSC program serves as a good platform to gain experience. 70% of corps are being posted to schools which is also a good place to gain experience. I don't need to tell to include it as experience in your CV.

Do you agree with those points? Do you have any objection? Let us know your thought on this matter below….. If ur mum or dad aren't working wit NYSC u wouldn't say dis |

Jobs/Vacancies › Re: A N60k Job With N500 Expenses Daily by kayceeD2(m): 7:11pm On Apr 05, 2017 |
alignacademy: Congratulations! Millions of Nigerians today will gladly accept even less than that.
Now calm down and work the numbers.
Let's assume he goes to work 30 days every month and you've already set the daily transport/feeding expense at N500 per day
N500 X 30 days = N15,000
So he still has N45,000 left.
Not enough left for any fancy accommodation. So he may have to squat with family/friends (I'm sure they'll understand.)
As you can see from this thread, a LOT of people are getting by on much less. Your friend just needs to understand that he'll need to tighten his belt and live within his budget.
So make e no start to dey envy E-Money's crib at this stage of his life.
Cheers and GOD bless you Its even 500*22 working days And that's #11000 the guy well so? |

Ogoh123: Dear NLs, Good day all. I need your immediate advise on an issue. I have been suspecting my wife lately. This is someone I have never suspected since we got married since 2010. We have 2 kids. My wife actually works in one of the government agencies.
I have never suspected my wife but in recent times I'm beginning to doubt my wife. I called to have a conversation with her which she took personal and led to serious fight between us.
The main issue is this. I recently saw a screenmunched picture of whatsapp conversation between my wife and her boss in which my wife was asking for money from her boss and that if he gave her the money she would have sex with him. Just to corroborate this point, I had a laptop that I was not using, recently I logged on to it and I saw my wife's google search on the following: " My regrets after having sex with my boss", "how to relate with my boss after slepping with him"
Fellow Nairalanders, I'm very devastated but I need your advise on how to handle this with her. U need to work hard I guess u don't always provide her with her need |

Jobs/Vacancies › Re: Help Me Choose Between These Two Job Offers by kayceeD2(m): 6:08pm On Mar 31, 2017 |
hizzylife: Please my fellow Nairalanders, advice me accordingly.
I am a Batch A Corp member passing out soon. All these while I've been applying for jobs I saw here and on other platforms but my efforts have not yielded much fruits though I'm still hopeful. However, I have two options I'm currently considering. One is that my PPA (a private secondary school) is willing to retain me for #22k per month with accommodation and secondly I have a job offer with an Indian company to work as a quality control officer for #25k/month. Now my confusion is that though the Indian company is in my field but their working conditions are terrible. It entails that I work 7am-6pm, Monday -Saturday and live within the factory premises which means no visitors or free movement. But the school offers me time (I'll work 7:30am-3pm, Mon-Fri, free weekend midterm break and holiday) and freedom in case I want to improve myself in other areas. Now should I choose the Indian company for the sake of experience or the school for the sake of time and freedom it offers? Finally I studied food science and technology with additional qualifications in Project Management and HSE. I'm open for other job options. Don't choose any |
