Kapizim thanks for your advise but will like to tell you that the problem still persists even after factory reset.is there a way i can revert the update or what else can i do. pls help a brother

No I didn't,its just that my phone changes after the update and was wondering what is the cause, initially @40% the phone shut down when another update came I did and it be came worse, shutting down @80% and charges slowly even with xcharge

mr op morning its like this update is causing so much malfunction on note pro 4,mine was shutting down at different battery level and takes longer time to charge even with xcharge
