That been said, let me just quickly add, my Nokia 5.1plus fell from ontop my sewing machine to a tiled flow and had a Crack on the side of the Screen... My Redmi N7 has fallen from Same distance Twice, the "unbreakable screen" as advertised is No Myth guys. That ish is real Af...

As for the Battery, oh the battery, let me not get started on the... I have never gone more than a Day without Charging a phone before, experiencing it for the first time with Redmi Note 7... My 5.1plus doesn't last more than 18hrs,, and I use the Note 7 more...

Sound: was Playing music on my N7, someone outside was asking if it was a Bluetooth speaker, that's how loud and clear it is.... My 5.1plus on the other hand, it most often sound as if the speaker done burst, until I do a hard Reset, then it returns back to normal...

Only, the Only place where the 5.1plus gets the upper hand is the Camera, but just slightly... But with GCAM on the N7, Booommmm... 5.1plus becomes a minor

see as me wey request for the comparison just dey background dey look all of una (I'm still actively begging for the heartbreak emoji oooooo ) and from what I've seen so far, build,durability,os & camera(except the zoom-in aspect)-unbiasedly the Nokia x5.... everything else-RN7
tbh I'm still waiting for the gcam samples.. it's something the RN7 has over the x5 and it could prove to be the difference,but talking about stock camera app-x5 for the win

I said I even took a pic with it which made me opt for the x6, well those guys absolutely love their phones ... except for one who has terrible issues with his pie update but even at that he can't leave it alone for a minute ... Btw, I'm still getting the Xiaomi note 6 tho

Am not sure what u r basing ur comment on but if I had the option of rebuying a phone, it would still be the Nokia X5. Why?

Battery: contrary to what u stated above, the Nokia X5's battery is the most optimized battery usage in all the phones I have ever used (Samsung Galaxy S4, S5, S6 Edge and Galaxy J6 plus), I have never used a Xiaomi, Tecno or an Infinix phone but a few people I know do and from their observed usage, i can tell u I haven't met anyone whose phones battery seems better optimized than the X5.

Let me explain, let's say I charge my phone to 100% and just want to watch movies all day, it take approximately 1hr 15mins for my battery to drop to 99% and I can watch movies all day from 8am to 7pm and I'll still have around 60% battery left, mind u both WiFi and data are turned off. .

On a normal days usage of surfing the net, chatting and moderate gaming on the go, I still end up with between 30% to 50% juice left by the time I get home around 8pm, to be honest, my X5 has never seen 30% battery since I got it two months ago. Like I said, never have I used a phone with such well optimized battery.

Processor: I think this is where the X5 makes a home run. The X5 is easily the fastest phone I have used and I can proudly say my X5 has never hanged or temporarily slowed down on me, not even once. It can handle pretty much everything you throw at it and still have room to spare. Opening, closing and multitasking between apps has never been this fast for me, now I am starting to believe Samsung might have lost a loyal customer in me, not even the Galaxy S10 interests me anymore

Design: Another home run for the X5. The phones design is simply a thing of beauty, it's so nicely designed that it's always pulling in admirers when ever I pull it out to use in public. Even though I think the notch could have been just a little smaller, it still gives the phone an aesthetic appeal that resembles that of an iPhone, especially when using apps with full white backgrounds, like Instagram and reading in your browser, it never fails to appeal to onlookers. So far 3 people I know have gotten this phone just from seeing it once in my hands and 2 others are planning on buying it as soon as it gets restocked. The only issue is that the phone looks so good that after trying on a pouch and screen guard and seeing how ugly it was in comparison to the phones design, I dumped both and have been using the phone like that... Yeah as u can guess, some bitch I gave the phone to admire let it slip off her hand and cracked my outer screen slightly. Well I'll have to order a replacement from AliExpress, and it's quite cheap.

Network Support: Although I initially had my reservations about buying a phone that seemed to support fewer LTE bands than it should, I still went ahead with getting this phone because the pros seemed to outweigh the cons, and I am so glad I did, so far it supports every networks 4G I had hoped it did, with exception to Glo's 4G, mine supports Airtel 4G, Etisalat 4G, Ntel 4G and surprisingly MTN 4G also works. I have no issue with it not supporting Glo's 4G as even the Glo's H+ speed is good enough to not be crazy about its 4G, in my area that is. So unless u r strictly on Glo's bandwagon, then don't make this a factor for not getting the phone.

Speaker & Charging: The phones speaker is surprisingly louder than I had anticipated, louder than all my previous phones. It's surprising because it only has one speaker outlet and yet it's quite loud, which is quite a bonus.

Even though the X5 does not support fast charging on paper, it does charge fast enough for me, I usually get my phone fully charged in less than an hour, mind u it's never flat, maybe from 33% to 100% in under an hour. So that's a plus.

Affordability: Getting a phone with this good a spec and aesthetic design that can make an onlooker drool over your phone at such a cheap cost is pretty much a dream come true. It never fails to disappoint me when someone asks me what phone am using and i say Nokia, Lol... u need to see the suprise and sometimes shock that appears on their faces. Samsung would charge u a 100+ for that, and this is coming from a Samsung loyalist. Enough said.

Issue: The only issue I can honestly point out that pisses me off on a regular basis is Android PIE, it has a fu*ked up ram management optimization, I can't even leave my apps running in the background without pie dropping the axe on them, it even kills 3rd party download managers downloading in the background once u leave it and some other app all running and go do something like say check you instagram.. Pie fu*ks u over of course i love all the features that comes with Pie, but ram management is so not one of them. But that can always be fixed in an update.

To sum it all up, if I had to rebuy a phone... You can bet it would still be the Nokia X5.

So saying the phone is not worth it when u neither own or use one is an insult to others using it, I personally find that to be quite insulting as I believe the phone is worth more than I got it for.

please help, anytime I play game with my X5, it became hot even if it's 1minute. the phone is cool but the idea of the phone becoming hot anytime I open a game is pissing me off...play help a brother.

Ok,ok ... Time to end this nonsense fight between x5 & 5.1 plus users
So I asked a friend whose uncle works for Nokia as an executive marketer about the surprising price difference between the x5 and the 5.1 plus and here's what his uncle told him PS: if u think it has anything to do with the earpiece or extra LTE bands then you're very mistaken
As we all know, the x5 was originally meant for China as it doesn't come with a pure Android one os like the 5.1 plus which was meant for global use, those that were talking about complaints being more from x5 users were very correct cuz the update wasn't originally meant for the phone, it just got added as a last minute attempt to reach the multitude as many people like bargains and China has more people than most places in the world , so they didn't want them to feel discouraged and left behind, ultimately the x5 will experience more bugs than the 5.1 plus on an average scale and future updates might not necessarily solve most of those problems so he was told. Secondly, the 5.1 plus is expected to last longer than the x5 due to unspecified upgrades to the 5.1 plus before official announcement ... He said he's waiting to see an x5 user who would use the phone for more than a year and a half without countless issues. Thirdly, the warranty also plays a huge part too in the price difference
So there it is people, as dem explain give me na so I take paste am for here sha o the x6 isn't also spared from this news too

You missed where i wrote "IN NIGERIA"?... Phones are made for Regions mate... Or why do you think the Nokia 3.1plus made for India and other parts of the world has 3GB Rams, but the one made for or found in Nigeria has just 2GB of Rams
