U can fact check me, d United States aviation handles over 45,000 flights daily, and at peak times, they can have 5400 aircrafts in d sky simultaneously... So more planes/flights more risk.... Plane crash is like motor crash over there.... In Nigeria d average total flights per day is less than 600....

*Eat a lot of starchy foods at night...

Rice, yam, potatoes, beans and sodas (aka minerals - soft drinks), be eating them at late night and immediately go to bed...

Be eating a lot of beef/meat, too...

Eating chicken won't work...

Coca-Cola, Pepsi are a good example of soft drinks u should be taking regular at NIGHT.

Eat a lot of boiled eggs and be drinking soft drinks to step down...

Anytime u eat dinner, ensure u are taking minerals and immediately go to bed, even if u not sleeping yet, just climb on top bed and lie down on it...

If u can do this for a week without a break, u will start seeing changed...

Note: do not take any weight gaining drugs, cos they won't help...

Like myself,you are an ectomorph and have high metabolism... You burn off weight easier than others.

Unlike other body types like mesomorph and endomorph, to add weight you have to go on a special diet eating 6 times daily...

It's very expensive, unfortunately, economy isn't smiling or friendly.

Just eat a lot of healthy balanced diet food, that's if your pocket can afford it.
