So many top positions that open are being filled in with fulanis, that will make it difficult for the south to understand the identity of the attackers killing people and kidnapping people in the south.

There's also the bribery angle, the northerners are posted into positions in the south so they can mount illegal tollgates in all southern states to collect bribes openly.

But the army may be angry about the police collections. That's why you see people acting like they are unknown gunmen and killing police, then mounting their own counter checkpoints to make it seem that the south is unsafe and that the police are unfit to maintain security.

We should blame our country since it is ruled by a terror-loving government who has a soft spot for granting amnesty to the most insane elements walking the planet . On a good day these guys should be hiding in the bushes out of fear of being hunted down and for the atrocities they committed . But that's not the case in 9ja ...infact, it's the opposite:
