Meeting him was an eye opener you would say! It was indeed an eye opener.

Mr Ray like I fondly call him was looking for a suitable land location and secured company to buy lands for investment purpose or to add to your stocks of landed properties!

Did I hear you say " adding to stocks of landed properties"?

Yes you did hear me well. I met Mr Ray who asked me if my company has a land along a popular location in Ikola and Ayobo Lagos. I told him Yes. In my curiosity I asked him why he wanted the two at the same time. I was awestrucked when he told me, he loves buying ASSETS. That he also buys at other locations other than Lagos.

At the hearing of this my antenna rose up. Guess what I told him, " I am available, buy from me". But really, after closing my deals with him. I learnt a lesson which keeps ringing in my head. My meeting him taught me to Buy ASSETS cos Assets appreciates. Does he only buy assets just for the fun of it? Nay! you want to know why he INVESTS in this assets?.

Your thoughts might not be my thoughts at this point, Call Adekemi on 08174269585 to know more, cos I actually gave him a call to know more about this Assets Acquisition and we've been business partners ever since cos I've been his loyal Estate Agent.

Onward Christian soldiers matching out to war, doing the father's bidding.

As soldiers of God we need to put on the whole armour of God to be able to fight against the wiles of the devil. Devil brings in so many antics to us to discourage us, to fight against us or to draw us away from the path of Christ.

The Bible says we should guide ourselves with these armours so we shall not be a prey to the devil.

TOPIC: DOING GOD'S WORK

TEXT: JOSHUA 1:8

God was speaking to Joshua after the death of Moses his servant. At this time he was transferring the mantle of leadership to Joshua, telling him of the lands and territories they will inherit and admonishing him to be strong and not be fearful.

It is a well known fact that many of us who are called by God , always doubt and fear the callings of God over our lives, many will run just like Jonah and reject the voice of God. Many will say, I do not have the power and strength to overcome people's situation. Many will say how can I face the devil on people's behalf. But God is telling us today, when you take up my work and assignment which I've directed you, when you do my biddings, he said in verse 5, that " No one will be able to stand up against you all the days of your life. As I was with Moses, so will i be with you; I will never leave you nor forsake you".

Joshua never had a chance to think twice about Gods calling upon his life. Immediately God called him, he began to give him instructions, (this are what i want you to fulfill ), encouragement (verse 6,"Be strong and courageous, because you will lead these people to inherit the land I swore to their forefathers to give them", he gave him commandments (verse 7- 8a,"Be strong and very courageous. Be careful to obey all the law my servant Moses gave you; do not turn from it to the right or to the left, that you may be successful wherever you go". 8a "Do not let this Book of the Law depart from your mouth; meditate on it day and night, so that you may be careful to do everything written in it. ) and lastly promises (verse 8b "Then you will be prosperous and successful".

Kindly note this, that when God sends you on an errand, he always back you up, God will never send you without equipping you (with instructions, encouragement, commandments and his promises). That was why he said , This Book of the Lord ,that is, the BIBLE, should not depart from our mouth. He asked us to meditate in it day and night. By so doing, we will have enough words in us to fight the fiery darts of the Enemy.

We can't work for God without him paying us for our labour, God is not a task master, he sends you and rewards you or he directs you to were your reward is. In Joshua 1:8b he says " Then you will be prosperous and successful". The English Standard Version will say "For then you will make your way prosperous, and then you will have good success". Here, it says, by meditating on his words and doing his bidding, then you have made yourself prosperous and successful.

Receive God's courage today to do exploit for him in Jesus name. Shalom.

*If you read this piece and you've not given your life to Jesus, it will be difficult to do exploit for God and work for him, the devil will end up using your life as a football field. Why not surrender your totality to him, confess all known and unknown sins and be a free man today. THANK YOU FOR DOING JUST THAT. AMEN.*
