this pvc issue never happened in imo state, I posted earlier that the guy is lying, these PVCs where discovered in rumuodara in obiakpor LGA, Rivers state. Not imo state.

Mr. man this incidence took place in Rumuodara Rivers state, not in Imo. The latest info as at this morning is that the LGA chairman of Obiakpor in Rivers state sent some guys to retrieve the bag containing over 20,000 pvcs.
