The Social Intervention Programe of the Federal Government of Nigeria "N-Power" have the capability to reduced illegal migration of youth from Nigeria to other country in search for means of better living. The blueprint of N-Power is to give Nigeria Graduate and non Graduate the platform, tools needed to service their future.

With the right engagement, training and supervision, the programme will go a long way in reducing unemployment in Nigeria. every year hundred of young African including Nigeria Youth take risky journey through the Mediterranean sea to Europe in search of better living means which sometimes most of them end up loosing their life before getting to their destination.

2. Deployment date is late September and they will begin training in October

We brought my cousin from the village to take care of her, we enrolled her in school to acquire education but it turns out that she prefer to nurse a baby than to acquire education.

We found out yesterday that she is 4 month pregnant and she is 14 years old. Please your advice is needed at this point on what to do.

Following its recruitment advert, the Kaduna State Urban planning and development Agency KASUPDA has shortlisted 535 persons for an aptitude test.

In 2016 most Npower applicants miss Npower test and verification due to the following issues listed below:

1. After registration they went back and relax without joining any of the Npower updating social media platform to stay updated.

2. Some Applicants register with dormant email address and un-functional phone number so they miss out on Npower messages and email

3. Some applicants were aware of the text date but because they were not notify via test message they refuse to take the text.

How 2017 Npower Applicants can prevent or avoid making same mistake

1. Join all Npower social media platform- Facebook, Twitter and Instagram to stay updated

2. Make sure you register for Npower with a functional phone number and email address

3. Understand that even computer make mistakes sometimes, so as a result of that some applicants may not receive notification even thoughthey were sent because those notification messages are been send massively by Npower.

=> Npower Response: No, there are not

2. Applicant Qnt: I haven't gotten any email confirmation and also the form was just one page form and no upload of any document, is that it?
=> N-power Response: Please hold on, yes application was a simple form

3. Applicant Qtn: What if one is working wit Npower and later got a better offer from federal government, what is going to happen?
=> Npower Response: Such a person should exit the Npower programme properly and then leave.

4. Applicant Qtn:. How can one change his/her profile name, my sister was asked to change her profile name to her bank details name..
=> Npower Response: We will send out communication on that soon, let her follow our social media channels for updates.

5. Applicant Qtn: How do you monitor participants? Some just collect the money doing nothing, especially some sent to teach?
