It looks like the contractor handling Tonimas/Umule Road has abandoned the roads,from the look of things,Umuocham road has been completed while Umule and Tonimas are left as an eyesore,Umuocham and Umule road works started the same time,though Umule drainage(gutters)has been completed,but why are they delaying in constructing those roads,this is dry season,its best they utilize this opportunity and finish up the work,not wait till rainfall comes up again.Have u been to those roads(umule and tonimas) recently?
