Thats not true, Obidients said the refinery is a scam and would not refine a drop of crude till 2030. They Dangote is an APC puppet used for money laundering and the refinery is just a tool for them..... I heard the refinery Peter used Anambra money to build is already distributing AGO and PMS nationwide and even to some ECOWAS states, they said a litre of fuel in Anambra is now N10 due to the supply from the refinery........
