I understood what he meant. I only tackled him where he said the LG election winners determine who wins the state and I differed on that. Here in lagos, all the LGAs were apc yet, obi won likewise in other states dominated by the pdp. In same rivers, Obi won but was rigged out. Amaechi also confirmed this. Lagos- calabar coastal road is not a fraud. If you have been to the section from VI which is just at the front of Eko Atlantic City, then you will know it was a brilliant idea.
