slap1: It's unfortunate that people don't believe in evil spirits, but I don't see how a normal person would do something like this. Evil spirit has nothing to do with it but warp upbringing devoid of good manner and consideration for others. In the Southeast, might is right, that's why some of the igbos residing in Yorubaland always refer to us as being coward. We thank our parents for the way we are raised. Whenever there's a conflict between two people Yoruba will try to settle it then you will hear various proverbs that will make your already swollen brain calm down. Many of today's youth need to work on their anger before it land them to where they are not expected, ibinu o mo pe olowo oun o lagbara, ija o dola oruko lo n so ni. Proudly Yoruba! |

BeeBeeOoh: I guess that evil spirit that prompted him to do such go don go wypo for hin head like hypo. So, he don't need anything now rather than a cute & lovely prison to calm his spirit down.. Don't blame it on evil spirit. It is inborn madness that can be found on almost on every nigerian and the igbos in particular. |

Flets: Many illiterates in Nigeria. Falling crude oil prices is affecting all OPEC economies and many are here yapping.
Let every sane mind listen...
If By Chance Buhari wins....... ND delta militants will reduce oil production in this regime of low oil prices..... that is the true doom and perilous times
Investors will simply withdraw their money FDI will almost get to zero Dollar will be exchanging for 350 naira Our economy will truly shatter
And even if you send the entire Nigerian army to the creeks, the IOCs will never venture to send their workers into a volatile region to produce oil..... not even at this current crude pricing
Vote wisely I think you and those senseless militants have stockpiled food that can last you a decade? Afo-fun-gbe-mu, oponu, ayirada gbogbo. Illiterate this! Illiterate that! To hell with you! |

Nairaland General › Re: Yet Another Accident In Abuja Today. by Keegan: 2:46am On Feb 28, 2015 |
cardoctor: I'm getting tired of witnessing the same scenario on this same stretch of road in Abuja. Just last week i posted an accident report involving a Toyota Camry sedan and a goods truck. Several other similar accidents have been reported on this particular stretch of the Murtala Mohd express way and today a similar accident occurred in exactly the same manner, around the same time and about 200 meters from the one I witnessed last week.
Same reasons also, with the vehicles over speeding and somehow ending up mangled underneath the rear of a truck. In this case, there were no fatalities but the front seat passenger and driver suffered severe injuries and were in a coma as at the time they were taken to the hospital. Two infants and a woman in the rear seat escaped unscathed.
Is it really over speeding that causes this accidents or drivers enjoying the comfort of the smooth stretch of this road and dozing off behind the wheels or some mysterious force that we are yet identify?
Federal Road Safety please do something before more lives are lost here. Something is definitely wrong with that area of the road that deserves urgent and thorough investigation by the FRSC. Then appropriate sign posts can be erected to guide and caution road users of impending danger within the area. Also, obstructing stationary vehicles should not be allowed to park by the side of that area of the road, for it seems the victims did not expected such to be there by repeatedly ramming into them. To all, always drive with care. Safety first. |

Investment › Re: Chisco Transport Buses Burnt In Lagos By Hoodlums by Keegan: 5:01pm On Feb 23, 2015 |
biodunid: A lie from the pit of hell apparently. This news item was posted by Sun newspaper on the 13th and nobody who lives in Lagos that I have spoken with has heard about it. Not even my Igbo colleagues. I drive on Eko bridge almost daily and am yet to notice any such thing. I don't even know of any Chisco HQ under Eko bridge. as far as I know Chisco is based at Fadeyi and I still did a u turn under the Fadeyi bridge yesterday without seeing anything.
25 buses burnt and no other newspaper carried it, no one I know in Lagos is aware of it, no tv station, not even PDP AIT carried it. I fear Sun newspaper is trying to set this country on fire and we are carelessly walking into their trap.
The pictures might be from the under Ijora bridge fire that happened years ago which compelled the FGN to ban all transport companies from having operations under bridges as a result of the fire damage to the bridge. Bombs don't go off in Lagos without Lagosians noticing as it is still anomalous here. Those who love naija and our peace should learn to check this kind of story well before reacting before they are used by the devil. May God's will be done in naija and may He have mercy on us all. Can anyone within Jibowu office of Chisco confirm this incident? If actually the news is untrue, Seun and his mods should come out and let us know the truth please. |

Oga... It will take you a century to equal that woman's intellect, not to talk of reaching her status. Why is Nigeria not moving forward? To foolish people like you it's because nairalanders are criticising your tin god NOI. Your god is the Coordinating Minister for heavens sake, so tell us what exactly has she been coordinating? Now she openly owned up that the regime is not capable of fighting corruption but they can fight those who can e.g SLS. |
