The whole armour of God is summarized as putting on Jesus:-
(1) The belt of truth. (John. 14:16) Says: Jesus is the truth.
(2) The breastplate of righteousness is linked with the sun of righteousness. (Mal. 4:2)
(3) The boot of peace - (Isaiah. 9:6) Jesus is the Prince of Peace.
(4) Shield of faith. (Heb. 12:2) The author and finisher of our faith.
(5) Helmets of Salvation. (Matt. 1:21) Jesus is the savior.
(6) The sword of the spirit - is the word of God. (John. 1:14) Jesus is word that made flesh so all the parts of our armour are linked with Jesus why (Romans. 13:14) says; But put ye on the Lord Jesus Christ, and make not provision for the flesh, to fulfil the lusts thereof. However, you cannot put on Jesus until you put off the flesh. (Col. 3:.

As we conclude, if you do not displace the old man i.e flesh, anger, fornication, uncleanliness, anger, inordinate affection, covetousness, wrath, lies, malice and so on, you cannot put on Jesus.

STAND BY THE WHOLE TRUTH ALWAYS - Tuesday, March 15th.

"But if not, let it be known to you, O King, that we do not serve your gods, nor will we... " (Daniel 3:30)

Anything is better than lies. They are like a cancer in the heart and soul. They eat away what is good and leave only decay and devastation behind. If you spend your life learning to lie to the people around you, not only will you hurt and deceive yourself - you will forget your own truth.

There is perhaps no phenomenon that is more destructive to a relationship than dishonesty, which permits envy, hate and deception to be acted out under the guise of love and virtue. Even the smallest, seemingly innocent lies eventually snowball into larger issues. Stand by the whole truth - your truth - always.

If you say you're going to do something, DO IT! If you say you're going to be somewhere, BE THERE! If you say you feel something, MEAN IT! If you can't, won't and don't, then DON'T LIE. It's always better to tell the whole truth up front. Don't play games with the minds and hearts of others. Don't tell half - truths and expect your friends or spouse to trust you when the full truth comes out; half-truths are no better than lies.

Remember, love and friendship doesn't hurt. Lying, cheating and messing with people's feelings and emotions hurts. Honesty is the healing remedy. Stand by the whole truth and put the devil to shame.

DIVINE LEADING - Monday, March 14th.

For as many as are lead by the Spirit of God, they are the sons of God. Rom. 8:14.

Many Christians believe in divine leading but are not prepared to obey it when it comes. God wants to lead and direct us in every area of our lives (Matt. 4:4).

Every Christian must know what God is saying about every day to day activities if we want to enjoy God. The Holy Spirit is willing to lead us but are we willing to lead in areas such as business venture, marriage, career, journeys? Etc.

REASONS FOR DIVINE LEADING
1. To avoid mistakes and losses. (Joshua. 9:3-16).
2. To avert death/disaster (Matt. 2:13)
3. To remove fear, anxiety and confusion (Matt. 1:14-24)
4. To reduce cost (Gen. 26:14-25).
5. To achieve the best (1Chr. 22:1-10).
6. To save time.
7. To bear the fruit of the Spirit (Exo. 13:17-18).
8. To do exploits for God. (1Sam. 30:1-21).
9. To overcome sin (Matt. 4:1).
10. To enjoy God's blessing (Gen. 26:1-6).

God wants us to contact him anytime we need to take a decision so that He can counsel us and direct us. His instruction look foolish but it is always the best at the end (Prov. 14:12).

Divine leading makes us to depend on Him completely and be the best for Him. How often have we asked God "What do you have to say about this situation?" or Holy Ghost, what is your opinion about this?" He will surely answer us!

God gives according to your request and God gives in the measure of your asking. The way people perceive life has a great implication on the way they live. Note that the only thing that all humanity have in equal quality is time.

Your status, Age, Qualifications and Placement does not matter. The quality of your life depends on the quality of the time you devote to asking from God. Do things that can bring down the hand of God upon your life.

Daniel's prayer request was delayed for 21days, this was because the faith he needed when asking was enveloped by satan.

Open your spiritual search light, braze up your faith, see God in the center of everything around your life. If you have been asking from God and it seems there is no answer, evaluate your life.

Reposition yourself, weigh your life and watch your words and mode of asking. If you lose your courage, it can have a deadly effect on your life. Press on in the Word of God, ask according to His will and lean on Him.

We all have unfair and unjust things that happen to us, that's just part of life.

The Scripture says "Make sure that no root of bitterness shoots forth in you and cause trouble, because many got contaminated by it."

If we have bitterness inside us, it's going to affect every areas of our lives, if we contaminate our personalities and our attitudes as well as how we treat people.

You need to forget that bitterness and all other unforgiven spirit. Forgiveness is the key to being free from toxic bitterness.

Forgive the people who hurt you, the friend who betrayed you, your boss who did you wrong.

Don't let the root of bitterness grow deeper and continue to contaminate your life.

May God bless you, as you continue to observe the act of forgiveness in your daily routine.

Text: Psalm 44:1-3

The men of old and most people who are doing greatly now did not and are not doing it by their own power; it is by the strong hand of God.

If you also must matter and inherit the land of your promise, it is not going to be by your might or by strength. Israel as at the time, God did what we have just read above for them, they were very few in number and lacked strength. But God Himself removed powerful kings for them and gave the lands of these dethroned kings to them.

May it be known to you today, that your prosperity is not in what you can do. You cannot conquer the land of your promise by sword; you will not win by your own power.

Zechariah 4:6 says, "Then he answered and spake unto me, saying, this is the word of Lord unto Zerubbabel, saying, not by my might, nor by my power, but by my Spirit, saith the Lord of hosts".

It takes the power and the strength of God and carrying God's presence to win and take the land of strong kings you desire. It is going to be by the favour of God.

Verse 5 of Psalm 4:4 says "through thee I push down my enemies through thy name, I will tread them under that rise up against me".

So today, ask and put on the power of God, work to receive His love for your life.

I see God fighting your battle and giving you victory!
I see your contenders submitting to you and handling over the land of your promise to you!
I see your dream planted and established in Jesus name.

Remember if it is going to be as in the time of old, it is going to be by the power and strength of God, it is going to be because God favoured you.
May you please God in all you do today in Jesus name.

Prayer: 1. Father, reveal your power as of old to me in Jesus name.

Upon their exit from the land of Egypt, the Egyptians had vowed that the children of Israel would not get into God’s promised land and destiny for their lives. To compound the problems of the Israelites was the Red Sea which denied them right of passage to the other side of destiny. It was a major barrier to attack them. They could not cross the Red Sea on foot neither were there ships or boats to ferry them across. The situation was that of total helplessness for there was no way for them.

Beloved you may be helpless but with God you are not hopeless. Situations and circumstances may want to challenge your march to destiny. "Egyptians" may be pursuing you and the "Red Sea" may say "No way". Those that promised you certain things may fail to fulfill it. The Word of God unto you in such situation is "GO FORWARD".

In this month, you must scorn every "Egyptian" defy every "Red Sea" and go forward in life. The major reason you must make progress in life is, there is no victory in stagnancy. Do not remain at the same level, move forward.

The enemy is doing every thing possible to stop you, because he knows that, the further you go, the nearer you get to your destiny. As you step out this week, I want you to know that God’s power can only be manifested in your going forward.
