Bros, is not after every good performance of guen that you'll start bringing stats and pix, but if he flops in a match, you disappear. Nobody says guen is scrap or useless, most people here says he should be integrated into the team slowly. Quite frankly, he have improved drastically this season, but what most people here feels is that, if you hype he like their lacazette, you shouldn't disappear, or bring up "he's still very young" anytime he comes under criticism. That's what most of his critics are about here. We've seen what over-hyping at a tender age have caused our previous "potentials"

They resorted to cross and nod, the game could have been similar to that 0-2 Chelsea with Gerrard's slip.

If we'd gone to attack them, its sure gon be a cricket score, if Auba had scored that volley, I'm sure Liverpool will crack, they'll commit more bodies forward and that'll be their undoing.

The system worked really well, both fullbacks were kept quiet and we created chances through some neat midfield play made possible by the diamond.

Those that said they failed to see Emery's tactics in this game are blind. Chances came when Robertson and TAA overlapped because we played narrow defensively. We dealt with most of the crosses we forced them to play and countered with Xhaka being the supplier to Pepe & Auba .
The tactical plan was sound. Need to take your chances and two individual mistakes ruined the plan. I’m very critical of Emery but I don’t think today was on him.

You could see that performance wise it was a work in progress today but when it starts to click with this squad I am excited.

mehn, if this is true, then it's not so bad. We can't use ligue 1 to judge him, and he's still young. Who knows, he might turn out a hit.
