If you think you are passing through a difficult time, depressed or contemplating suicide....rise up again like my father!!☝️�


He survived a ghastly moto accident that claimed the life of almost all the passengers. Himself suffered a severe injury in his 7th and 8th vertebral column bone,the spinal cord was affected as a result of this he lost the effective use of his arms and legs, he spent lonnnng time in orthopaedic hospital Enugu state...this happened when he was in second year in university of Nigeria Nsukka (UNN).

He rose up again!! .....after doctors told him he couldn't use his legs and arms again, that he could only use zima frame to aid him...its a condition that he will live with for the rest of his life .



He rose up again!!....and went back to school and completed his studies despite the lecturers refusing to listen to him and failed him that year




He rose up again!!....after suffering the depression of lecturers giving him exam to write while seeing that he could not lift an arm not to talk of holding pen to write and denying him of several applications to access him orally..



He rose up again!!.....after going through unbearable wire pains that he had to beg doctors to give him "that injection that use to make the pain go away and make him sleep"..the doctors informed him that there is cocaine in that injection and they cannot continue giving it to him cos it may become harmful........




He rose again!!,every single day.....when he had to move by the aid of the zima frame from his hostel to his lecture hall..a walk that is supposed to take 5 minutes on the average.but because of his condition,it takes him 2 hours..and that 2 hours is characterised by unbearable pain....





He rose again!!....when he graduated and his lecturers came one after the other to ask him to forgive them for passing him through hell .......




He rose again..and secured a government work...


He rose again.....he went and did his PG in futo in financial management ......


He rose again ...when he got married,against what people said....some said "let's see how he will impregnate his wife".......


He rose again .....when he bore 4 children
an accountant
an architect
a lawyer(in process)
engineer(in process)


He rose again....when he wanted to move up the coperate ladder and he was told that he required a certificate in agriculture related course



He rose again.....when he went to Micheal okpara university of agriculture, did his PG and secured that certificate.


He rose again..... when he built his own house...."not small but big house ooo"..7 bedroom, 2 bedroom, and 1 bedroom flats all in one mansion...


He rose again....when he bought his own car..."""drives himself """ travels to anywhere he wants by himself ooo..


He rose again...when he became one of the directors in ministry of agriculture...


He rose again .....when he retired from active service in government...


He achieved this and many more....more! that I cannot all mention here because of space,

He achieved all in a condition that will ground an ordinary man and make him handicapped and probably a beggar....in that same condition my dad reached a height of success that other men dream of..

I am sooo proud of him

cash flow may be a little complicated but I will explain in very simple terms.cashflow is the movement of finances in your business,it entails the movement of money within and out of your business.

cashflow details how money move into your business and how it moves out too. For you to grow your small business,you must maintain a high level integrity in managing your finances.

There is nothing that kills a business faster than bad financial management. You must account for every penny that moves out of your business as well as every penny that moves into your business.

Hence it is very important for a businessman who wants to grow his business to keep a detailed account of his business cashflow, you can do this by keeping a cash book or use excel,MSN or any other backed up software to achieve this.

Cashflow is the blood line of every business,just like human body,a business begins to die when there is no cashflow or circulation of finances in and out of the business hence,to work on your cashflow is very important.

You must maintain integrity when its comes to handling the finances of your business, separate yourself and your personal spending from your business expenses. You must avoid dipping your hand into your business finance and spending it unnecessarily rather create for yourself detailed plans of payment of allowance to yourself, when once you pay yourself,all other money belongs to the business and not to you.

You must keep detailed record of the financial temperature of your business, you achieve this by calculating the financial equivalent of your inventory as against your sales and the level of demand you are getting.

bro..when it comes to luxury, aesthetic value, comfort and interior build up, the Lexus gs beat the Mercedes c300 2008 and c350 2011 till 2013 hands down..the Mercedes c300 is no where near the Lexus in luxury and aesthetics..both road interaction (how u feel the bumps of the road) and silent cabin down to dash board computerization..the Lexus beat the Mercedes hands down...but....

when its comes to performance the Mercedes Benz c300 tears the Lexus gs down...when it is a question of performance the Mercedes c300 eats up the lexus gs as breakfast and cleans her mouth...the Benz will disgrace the Lexus back to back....the engine acceleration and corner negotiation while on high speed (160 km/h and above) is second to non in the Mercedes but in the Lexus it is a total disaster..it is death waiting to happen...the benz will open Lexus nyash and wire her 24 hot lashes when it comes to performance

if you want luxury that may measure up to the Lexus family in Mercedes go for the E series..that is where there will be a point of competition....both cars where built for different impacts.....

2)depending on the type of drum...the normal standard drum is 250 litres...so ten 25 litres keg will fill up one drum....
