Please can anyone educate me on the use of A form for payment of fees? are the rate the same as that of CBN, i know the interbank exchange rate is 306NGN to 1 USD , is this rate applicable in A form can someone kindly advise me please?

Hi Guys , Ihave been following this trend for some time now as a silent reader. Please i have an important question. Will it be possible to change my sponsor to another sponsor after sending documents to the school? will any of the earlier document sent to the school be sent to immigration as well? My sponsors are my step brothers. the 1st one has used his money to do some other personal stuff and currently have less than 4m, while the second step brother still have suffient fund. The school is asking for updated SOA prior to giving me an offer and the current SOA is low which may be rejected. Please advise.
