Thanks for visiting this trend. I just want to share with you my testimony and my latest discovered solution to problem most Nigeria are facing when it come to PayPal issue.
    Am Kelvin, information marketer and freelance web worker. I have published about 4 ebooks that I want to market to the world. Not only this, I have a lot of client that want to give me job online. But all they keep asking from me is my PayPal account email for payment transaction. If I said they should pay me through western union, all I will hear from them is sorry; we can’t afford the stress of western union.
   So I decided to used one back entering method a fellow internet marketer gave me to open one PayPal account. Of course, I succeeded In opened one. But unfortunate for me, I got banned with almost $207 in my account. I didn’t stop there I still open another one using another method I got from ebook bought from someone. They still place limited on my account. In short, they banned almost 4 of my account and the one with least amount is $43. Since then I have been looking for way of putting end to PayPal limitation problem.
  One day I was chatting online and fortunate for me, I met a PayPal associate. I discussed with him the problem we are facing as regard to the uses of their service in my country. At the end of my complaint he responded by saying that we Nigeria and other country that are not allow to use their service have alternative way of open a functioning PayPal account apart from using Illegal ip changing software or proxy site. He said with that method, anyone can open and access their PayPal account all over the world. But he said they don’t reveal it to anyone. He continues by saying that the system is for anyone from accepted country that went to unaccepted country for business purpose.  I pleaded him to the extent that he showed me the system.
   For me not to prolong the matter I followed the secret he shared with me and I used it to open my PayPal account. It was successful, I’ve opened this account since April and up till moment my account is still running. Also, he showed me the steps to take to own a US VIRTUAL BANK free for my business transaction. In fact am highly delighted to met him, I took him as my best friend and since then my problem of PayPal limitation has been solved. As a freelance web worker, I can now bid for any job I like, accept payment from fiverr.com and many more like that.

Yes you can. But before you can use it you need to go to the bank, ask them to activate it to online banking so that u can be using it to chop around the world.

Hey guy you can use PayPal legally here in Nigeria. Guarantee! If you can follow the step that I will share with you. You see, I've once be like you before i now got final solution to my PayPal problem. They banned 4 of my account before i now got this latest way own PayPal from any unaccepted country. Forget about all those IP changing software or proxy site. PayPal have the best software to fish them out. Since you are not only the one using that ip, therefore its easy for them to detect you and place limited on your account. I you really want to own PayPal account without getting your finger burnt.
