Hello,
I submitted my Lithuanian study visa application to VFS Lagos 4th January. I got a reply from the embassy that my passport is being returned to VFS. I’m a bit worried by that, I didn’t get called for an interview. I was expecting an interview as part of the application process. Should I be worried? Is it a problem that I wasn’t scheduled for an interview?
Well, there's no need to be worried.. Fingers crossed and hope for a good outcome. I was also worried as I got a message my processed application was on the way to me as I wasn't interviewed.. I waited patiently until I received my passport and I saw the visa inside.. Keep the faith!!!

Congratulations sis, pls did u pay any extra money like the 60k when you went to submit your documents?
I reside in UAE so I did my submission here. I believe that's the new charge as I paid 675 dirhams which should be the same or more when converted to naira.

I am happy to announce I have gotten my visa. I applied on the 7th of January and received my passport on the 14th of January.

Good luck to those waiting to get their visas.

Thank you for responding.. Although, I wasn't asking about sponsor's documents. I submitted only my ssce as I'm going for a second degree.
Also, I'm currently residing in Abu dhabi so I submitted to the vfs here in Abu dhabi and I didn't legalize my sponsor's document nor the bank statement

For people submitting in Lagos, You need to Legalize Ur Sponsor's document aside bank statement from Ikoyi High Court and collect the receipt, both will be submitted to them at VSF. You can mail Vsf for further clarification.

If you’re referring to the health insurance, it covered the duration of my course which is 2 years. MSC.
Yes that's what I'm referring to. But I am confused on if it's a travel insurance or a health insurance to get. When I made an enquiry from one insurance company, I was told I'm to get a travel insurance and will buy the health insurance when I get there.
I will be going for the insurance tomorrow and will like to know exactly so I don't make a mistake in the one I'm to get.
Thanks.

I am also gearing to submit my documents here in Abu Dhabi. If it's possible can I connect with the lady who got hers from here? Thank you.
NkemJesus:
Sorry for the refusal, With the excuse given Let me start to ask,
(1) What is your relationship between you and your sponsor?
(2) The 10 million declared did your sponsor deposited the money in your account or the money is in his account? (3) Was the money there till your passport came back or after printing he removed it because those embassy always verify to know if actually the money declared is in the account or not.
(4) Age is not the issue because visa was issue to a lady if 37 years old going for BSC today 20th October 2020. Doh she went to their embassy in Dubia and the visa came out within 9days. So age is not a barrier I think.
(5) Which other documents did your sponsor give apart from the account statement to prove that he or she is working and how the money came?
(6) Are you sure the account statement is actually from bank and did the bank give your sponsor introduction letter?
(7) The establishment between you and your sponsor matters most if is not well defend.
(cool They will want to see ties you may have that can pull you back home after your studies.
Above is what you may answer pls and may be the actual problem of their decision . It is well pls.

You can download "Skrill" app and make payments directly to the bank for the application fee. Don't forget to input the details as requested by the school.

I seriously dont agree with this your post sir. I dont think klapedia University have any representative incharge of interviewing African or Nigerian students. I graduated from VDU and I know virtually how admission process works in Lithuania. I have also asked my friends currently studying in klapedia even long before you came and all of them debunked your assertio. Also most of the universities in Lithuania including Klapedia University have the statutory right to check foreign qualifications, that means you dont neccessarily need to go through SKVC again. Also you are right that most African students do abandoned their studies and migrate to other schegen countries and that is the essence of conducting interview by other schools and that is also why students are mandated to pay one year tuition fees. I agree with all everyone here that klapedia university is very slow in admission process and they must subject you to their foundation course no matter how good your waec results is except maybe you have another qualifications higher than Waec, but I strongly disagree you need any representative to get it done for you. I advise you guys to try other schools like VDU, VU etc , they have a straight forward admission process and also you dont need to go through skvc when applying to those schools.
I recently applied to Klaipeda University for September Intake and I used the school admission portal to apply. I sent my documents there and didn't go through Skvc as the university doesn't need that anymore.
I have also gotten a conditional admission and will get my acceptance letter once I pay the tuition fee. In all from when I applied and received the response, it didn't take time at all

Is it possible for us to communicate via email or any other means? I applied to Klaipeda University for b.sc degree and I wouldn't mind knowing someone in same vicinity for same cause.
