Have gone to the post office for them to help me track , they also saw despatch to overseas since Dec 9th and told me d item is not in Nigeria, I don't know y AliExpress rejected my dispute, they have not replied my appeal though, I just hope the phone will come

I was told the item is in Nigeria, on every tracking site is showing despatch to destination country, is over 90 days but my dispute was stated invalid

Yes I did and to be honest with you, the pains were out of this world. I was admitted and have forgotten what the pain was called jare, like the fibroid was melting away(fibroid degeneration) So after that episode I didn't experience any discomfort, went on and had my baby.
Most of us June 2018 mamas had fibroid then, one mama's fibroid was removed while giving birth through Cs and some degenerated. But my sister the pains of that fibroid degeneration I felt ehh, my labour pain wasn't compared to it.

I don't know y am not having any pains, am sure maybe they didn't read it well, when I do another scan I will know

Mine is just stomach pains too, strong pains like menstrual cramps and it shift to the left or the right side sometimes.

I was told the same thing that there is coexisting fibroid
Before I got pregnant have never had any symptoms of fibroid like painful menstruation or tummy pain before, even while pregnant I don't have any pains Nd have past 1st trimester, although that was my first scan so when I do another scan will confirm

guess you have attended already. They accept only from 4 months.They definitely would have attended to you just go early on Monday as they have restricted numbers they take per week ( covid protocols) and hold your 18k for antenatal registration and booking

Funny enough, I was expecting an item at the post office cos it was showing clearing customs for like a week. Surprised cos I never saw that kind of update before. Checked my PO and was told the tracking isn't one they could track and I would get a call when it arrives at the PO. An hour later, a someone called me he was to deliver a package to me. Lo and behold, it was a dispatch rider from a company I've never heard of that delivered the item I bought from AliExpress. Dunno how the seller did it cos I never paid extra for shipping

Have gone to the post office but the tracking site to track was down, so I was told I will get update later maybe tomorrow, I will be notified cos I dropped my number. I was told by a staff that there is a way they track apart from the way customers track, I just hope I get good news

Please, don't go to NIPOST with such a claim and address them calmly and respectfully. That's the way to get their attention and necessary support. [/color]

At this junction you have to pray that your phone should come. Aliexpress had made the final decision, you can check whether you can appeal. I opened my dispute this morning and my refund was granted within two hours. Though I opened the dispute before and I was told that protection period has not expired, I canceled it immediately then I opened another on today.

Hmmm, it is well. I appeal by still telling them the item did not arrive, is it possible they got an update that this item is in Nigeria and am unable to see it, cos I don't understand

I want you to know that ALL HOPE IS NOT LOST YET. You can still appeal... just look for way to present your evidence that the item didn't arrive.

There was a time I had to make a video of the tracking Info. I used screen recorder and scrolled from beginning to the end of my tracking info. My refund was first declined but after presenting the evidence, they agreed.

So you may need to paste the tracking number on different tracking sites, screenshot/video the info... especially the last tracking update...

Screenshot and Video is the way to get their attention.

Like Genius said, maybe you can go to post Office to tell them to track for you. maybe they will even provide you with a screenshot or printout you can upload as evidence.

I wish you the best. Na one of the reasons I hate aliexpress be this. But we can't do without them.

1. If AliExpress wants to be m*d, no matter the number of sites you uploaded to buttress your claim, they'll reject it. I've had similar experience and went as far as appealing it but it was rejected.

Unfortunately, this case is a phone, seller might not want to reason with you cuz of what's involved.

Be hopeful that it'll land. My item then, landed 12* days after.

What I think you can do in this case is to reach out to your PO, explain to them and ask if they can give you a "item not received" note. Not all POs will give this though while some will need to get confirmation from IMPC before issuing it for you. If you're lucky and able to get this within 5 workdays, appeal the dispute and attach it as evidence. That's the only evidence that can change AliExpress decision after that response they've given.
