Like I said earlier....my weight loss wasn't a quick fix....I lost dat 26kg in a year or even more....it may seem like a lot but its the best...quick fixes are never the answer because those quick fixes do not polish your eating habits...neither do they change your mindset...u just keep ending up right where you started.

The first thing I did was to analyse my eating habits...most people know deep inside of them what the culprit of their weight gain is...for me ..it was sugar plus I was a constant munchie....I loved eating all the time...n trust me I ate whatever I layed my hands on....so first step...I found ways to curb my sugar addiction and my constant munching...for the first one month I decided to go cold turkey on sugar and sugary stuffs and junk(anything made with white flour)

It wasn't easy...but I had a goal...the success of your weight loss is highly dependent on your goals...I aimed for overall health and not weight loss..this helped me keep my determination and focus and prevented me from hopping on the scale every morning to see if I had lost any kgs

It wasn't easy...I missed my lunch gala and cupcake...I missed my yoghurt and viju n the exhilarating feeling of chilled carbonated drinks...I missed my indomie too...but I Had a goal....all I needed to do each time was to imagine d havoc dos foods cause in my body each time I take dem...imagine being diabetic or hypertensive at such age... this is not to say that the first one month was perfect...there were certainly falls here n there...but a loser is not one who fails...its one who fails to continue...after each of such falls...I pardoned myself and continued with my healthy eating goals the next day

For dat first one month ...nothing happened...but I didn't give up....as the month went by...I started feeling better...cleaner n healthier....my pimpled face started clearing up too...remember all I did was stay away from sugar and junk...I was still eating d normal rice, amala yam n co plus I was drinking a lot of water.... I hadn't raised a foot in the name of exercise

After that month...my clothes started feeling loose...huh finally....I was excited to say d least!
........to be continued
please guys forward yor Suggestions and contributions

Health / Foreverfit....a 26kg Weight Loss Story by kemyrules: 6:02pm On Feb 13, 2016
Hi all, I recently lost 26kg....just here to share my story...to help others who may be going through same struggles I did den...stay wt me as I take you through it all....
At 20 I weighed 83kg......I started gaining it at 11 or 12....and for as far back as I can remember..I had wanted to loose d weight since I started gaining it....but hw to do it....I didn't know...I was also short....dat didn't help matters...I looked twice my age..I looked like an elderly woman among my friends....my skin was badly stretched and damaged, not to mention the cellulite...i was contantly fatigued and hungry despite that i was eating anything and everything at the time..my clothes never fit or looked like sacs...I felt bad...den I started dieting...all sorts of diet....lemon diet, pineapple diet, popcorn diet, pawpaw diet, water diet....as you may be guessing right now ,...none worked...I went from one episode of frustration and disappontment to another...I developed low self esteem and inferiority complex...it was horrible...until I went on a special diet...name? "No diet"...I realized most of these diets were just fads...they don't work and most importantly ..they don't give long term results...so I hit the internet and looked within myself and did a lot of research until I found what worked for me interms of diet and exercise ...and then I developed my weight loss regimen...which made me 26 kg lighter with divine intervention of course....i have kept the weight off for close to 2 years now....pls stay with me as I take you on my journey...suggestions and contributions are welcome

Health / Re: Which Exercises Will Help Reduce My Big Breast Size? by kemyrules: 9:04am On Apr 10, 2015
in reality, there is no such thing as spot reducing e.g reducing only breast fat or bumbum fat or belly fat...loose weight overall and your breasts will follow...n if u r at a healthy weight...just love and appreciate your assets cos there isn't much u can do about it...its genetic in ds case...all d exercises u have been doing only help to tone and build up chest muscles to give ur breasts a firmer and perkier look and not to reduce d fat in dem....n again...reducing breast fat will give it a saggy and wrinkled look.fat gives the breasts their bulk and beauty
..do u really want that? ask anyone around you who has lost weight 10kg and above...they will tell u

I almost urinated laffing o....people in d house think am running mad....very funny.....i can totally relate to your story, reminds of when i tried the pawpaw diet...eating only a quarter of a pawpaw per meal......d hunger dat follows no get part 2, it will feel like u havent tasted food for 10 years...i love your story...esp d part about seeing ur late grandma on the wall winking at you....chai...but pls don't give up....my biggest concern for u right nw is dat u want shortcut....pls take it slow and easy if not u will keep going round and round unachievable and unsustainable weight loss methods...d portion control is d best...it may take time but it's definitely sustainable....eat less...avoid junk and incorporate fruits and veggies...don't eat late too

I lost about 25kg in 6months...since 2013 and have maintained it since den....the rule for sustained weight loss is "only do what you know u can sustain for the rest of your life....and dats y fad diets and slimming pills are not the answer.u have to learn to b disciplined and determined and know dat weightloss is not a phasic things but a lifestyle change....eliminate junks totally...u can treat yourself to your favorite junk food only once a week...it's called d cheat meal ...no sugar and sugary drinks...d so-called diet soda included plus juices o even the one dat claim to b natural....no doughnut biscuit cakes n co.....drastically reduce processed carbohydrates like indomie spag white rice....focus on natural foods and plenty fruits and veggies....don't eat later Dan 6 or 7pm...sometimes I totally skip dinner when I dint feel hungry...I just eat n apple n drink water...den exercise...try to move about more, do more house chores or u can exercise even within the house....exercise doesn't have to be at the gym...u can use skipping rope or jog/run on the spot....most importantly make research and develop your own weightloss regimen that you are comfortable with...what works for someone else may not work for your....b patient and determined....your future self will thank you.....u can add me on whatsapp 09025053917 for more advice

I ever used d edmarks shake off phyto fiber....helps wt bowel movement sha.....its straight to the toilet once u wake up in the morning and take a few steps...u will b surprised with how much garbage your intestines are harbouring.....gives better complexion too...and suppresses appetite but prolonged use can cause rebound constipation...., and I didn't see any weight loss effects

Afam4eva: What really worries me is the bananas i see in Lagos everyday. I don't know how people can confidently be selling bananas that look like something sacrificed to obatala. Those bananas are very far from edible.
